This is the worst thing you can come to. They are liars very rude disrespectful. The ATM did not give me my money and they claim they have nothing to do with the ATM machines and they cannot help me.

The Branch in Dearborn Heights at Ford rd and Beech Daily are liars and not professional. The experience today at this branch have cost you a long time customer. I own a business and for years have used you and brought you clients. That stops today! I will no longer do business with this bank and will tell people that Comerica Bank hires people who lie and are incompetent. You really should treat customers better than this.

Comerica Bank generally is not your best bank this branch in particular is ridiculous I would highly recommend not opening account in Comerica bank and not using this branch in particular

I have been a Comerica customer for over 20 years and have always received excellent service at any branch I enter. I do Field service on banking equipment at most other bank but not at Comerica Bank is why I pick them for my personal privacy.I made the mistake of going to this branch for quick transaction walked in and saw Three windows open a teller at the drive-thru, a banker and the manager. In today's banking world this is fully staffed. There was one person in front of me. After waiting 10 minutes for one of the customers to leave the teller line, the customer in front of me walked up and as I'm waiting another business customer came in and was immediately waited on when a customer left the teller window and left me standing there, I walked out in disgust. I called the branch and basically he blew me off and said they were short staff and I knew they weren't and pretty much the business customers come first to other customers can wait.This poorly managed and poorly trained staff doesnot represent the service you you usually get at a Comerica Bank

Went up the drive thru tryna withdraw money because of my sports gambling addiction. Israa gave me a lecture i'll never forget. Now I quit gambling and I'm making bank from poker. Thanks Israa for helping me get on my feet.

Horrible customer service! I called them before I opened an account and asked the lady who answered me if I can deposit the money in cash to get their promotion and she said yes. I came the second day and talked to Sandra Jones who also confirmed that I can deposit the money in cash to get the promotion in addition to her talking to her manager Kevin who came to the desk we were in and also confirmed that I can deposit the money in cash to get the promotion. After three weeks, Sandra called me and said I'm not eligible for the promotion!! which opposes what the lady I called, Sandra and Kevin told me!! They are liars and lack integrity!! Very unprofessional!. They lack the minimum morals for any human. They don't know what their jobs are about. They are so rude and mean. They don't know how banking works. They should learn how to talk and act as humans before they even get hired. Had to switch to Bank of America because of their lies and terrible customer service. I'm not putting my money in a bank that has liars, horrible and rude manager and staff. I did call customer relation and reported all of this disguising experience.
