This is the worst pharmacy EVER!!! You call and no one answer...I received a text message to contact the pharmacy regarding one of my prescriptions. I called all day yesterday starting at 9:30am- the phone kept ringing, not one person answered and was not able to leave a voice message (the recording didn't come on) until 7:30pm stating someone will return the call within an hour, and of course no return call. I have done the same as yesterday but was able to leave a voicemail 3 hours ago and still no call back.

Thee Worst Pharmacy EVER....
They will give you the most conflicting information and the Most Run Around. All resulting in No real Resolution....
Definitely will be moving any scripts to another location.

To me, the service at this store is up and down. Sometime the service is good and other times the service is subpar (employees are rude and grumpy displaying poor customer service. Some never smile especially at the pharmacy. Management needs to fire most of the pharmacy staff due to their unprofessionalism and demeaning attitudes). At the beginning of the New Year I will probably leave CVS because many of the stores are subpar

Terribly service I’m sick with chills high blood pressure headache they had my prescription right in they face told me I have to wait til 5pm to get my medicine this is the last day I ever do service with this terrible rude bad customer service if you have medication here I suggest you go to the 24 hour location

I never had a problem with CVS store, the only thing that I am concerned for is the coupons. For Example: if I have a 40% off on one full price item & an extracare coupon, CVS start with the extracare first, which you don't get 40% off that item. So the cost will be less. Also, they take too long for you to get your refund put back on your card. But other than that, they are clean and I like the customer service

When you call the pharmacy, they purposely don't answer the phone. The pharmacist even said let it ring.

I will never go back to this pharmacy. I had influenza a and b, they were out of the medication I needed. When I picked up my other meds they failed to tell me they were out of the antibiotic I needed and wouldn't have it for 2 days. When I realized it wasn't in there and called they said they would transfer it to the 24 hour cvs because it was quite late at this point. Well it never got transferred there. So I had to wait til the next morning to call and she tried to blame it on the other cvs. Instead of being honest about her mistake and telling me where she sent I had to track down my own prescription!!!! In the meantime I'm on my way to having pneumonia. That's negligence in it's finest. I almost ended up in the hospital because it.
