Terribly service I’m sick with chills high blood pressure headache they had my prescription right in they face told me I have to wait til 5pm to get my medicine this is the last day I ever do service with this terrible rude bad customer service if you have medication here I suggest you go to the 24 hour location

When you call the pharmacy, they purposely don't answer the phone. The pharmacist even said let it ring.

I will never go back to this pharmacy. I had influenza a and b, they were out of the medication I needed. When I picked up my other meds they failed to tell me they were out of the antibiotic I needed and wouldn't have it for 2 days. When I realized it wasn't in there and called they said they would transfer it to the 24 hour cvs because it was quite late at this point. Well it never got transferred there. So I had to wait til the next morning to call and she tried to blame it on the other cvs. Instead of being honest about her mistake and telling me where she sent I had to track down my own prescription!!!! In the meantime I'm on my way to having pneumonia. That's negligence in it's finest. I almost ended up in the hospital because it.

Worst CVS I’ve ever been to. The pharmacist herself is extremely rude and doesn’t have a clue what customer service is. Her staff, naturally, follows in her footsteps. Will not be giving CVS anymore of my business.

To me, the service at this store is up and down. Sometime the service is good and other times the service is subpar (employees are rude and grumpy displaying poor customer service. Some never smile especially at the pharmacy. Management needs to fire most of the pharmacy staff due to their unprofessionalism and demeaning attitudes). The worst cvs I've ever encounter. My cvs on inkster closed ana moved to this location. I had to leave several messages about my medication on wed here it is Friday and I finally get a call back stating that they had to put my order in and now I have to wait til Monday to receive my medication after I've been calling and leaving messages thst i need this medication asap. The lines are always long inside and out. This is highly inaceptable and i will be over to another location

This is the worst pharmacy in the area. It takes days for a refill. They are lazy and rude in the pharmacy. The cashier's have no idea what they are doing. The whole place is a mess. I will be transferring my Rx to a pharmacy that does their job.

I was in the store today in the pharmacy department. One tech was waiting on a customer, another was in the aisle helping the customer? Another tech came from behind and waited on the man that was in front of me, send the pharmacists came behind the counter and the other young lady came from the aisle. She asked her what was the gate, and she told her the gate was behind the wall and I am standing in the line like i've been standing behind the the mad she looks at me and says or we're close for and you got to come back between 2 and 230pm said, wait a minute, I'm in line. I should be getting waited. I'm in line what you telling me she said. Oh, are we closing? And our computers close down at a certain time, and they're one of the Text I was there with they're going repeat the stuff and say, yeah, that's not true. Everything closed down. I'm not falling for that. You help people that's in your line, you don't pull them out the store or out of the line and say you can't service them? I never heard that before, I will not be doing business here anymore, cause that was unfair and that was wrong. She told me, oh, you could take your prescriptions any where you want to go So my point is she do not need to be working with the public period the other pharmacist that works there. She's very nice. She Do not need to be working with the public. I would say it's racism because the way she spoke to me and said I couldn't get waited on cuz. It was time for them to go to lunch. Now, just think if it was the opposite way around and there was another person of another color behind me would she had did that. So my thing is I have never went in there and that CvS ever before, I felt the way I felt today and I will not go back there and shop anymore. I did take my prescriptions and went to another store and will not be dealing with that store that was very rude and disrespectful. And as I'm talking to another person at another CVS, they explained to me. The proper procedure is to wait to all the customers in your line is done before you close that window. I even made a complaint about it and the person that took my complaint said the same thing she should have finished up the people in the line before she closed and went to lunch. That was not was CVS policy and that's not how CvS employees should be, so i'm just letting y'all know, be aware of this new chick in the pharmacy as the pharmacist.She's very rude and disrespectful shop somewhere else people and a complaint number also

I wish there was 0 star to rate the pharmacy at this CVS but unfortunately I will be giving 1 star. First of all, when you call you need an hour to get what you want or to speak to someone that is if the machine understood what you need because it keeps on repeating itself. Also, the ladies who are working at the pharmacy need to work on costumer service satisfaction, I know they work ALOT and and many sick people come in and out, but being little friendly with a smile never hurts!! Big improvements needed ASAP!!

I’m not sure what’s wrong with your operational manager that’s on shift today (8/9/2024 @ 3:30pm) but he was rude for no reason. He scanned my CVS card and then proceeded to tell me I didn’t have the coupons on there that I know for a fact are on there. I showed him my phone as well. He then aggressively turns his monitor towards me to ‘show me’ there’s no coupons. Proceeds to finalize the transaction and says ‘oh there are coupons there’ I said ‘I bet’. Instead of being rude and not trying to solve the problem, he tried to force me into a sale I didn’t want to make without my coupons. Hire better people that actually want to work In customer service. Thanks.

This is by far the worst pharmacy ever. Very unprofessional and rude. No way you should be announcing my personal information in front of everyone. Been Waiting 2 weeks for prescription only to find out they never ordered it.

The female pharmacist there is the most rude person I've ever encountered especially in a professional setting! I am a home care nurse and I've had to deal with her three times and every time she cuts me off, yells and is VERY RUDE. I'm assisting my patient in finding a new pharmacy. I would never use this pharmacy! No wonder they have such a low rating.
