Very clean very organized and when I walked in the man greeted was super nice and checked in on us I believe he was the manger, however god bless her soul Ashely was the one who checked us out and she looked like she was taking a very important call more important then Saying hello to her customers and proceeded to check us out without saying a word to us while on the phone ON SPEAKER which btw Ashley it was very interesting story you were telling, she gave us the wrong change and walked away. No hellos no how are you no have a good day. The bare minimum for any job.

Employee with glasses/Bald African American man, was very rude. I came in he said they were closing in 4 minutes when they close at 9. He was angry I walked in at that time. When I went to checkout he was mad I put my phone number in when it asked me to. He said I was holding him up and was very rude and had a attitude. I told him I thought I have to he said cut that out man you know you don’t have to and was laughing in my face. He kept complaining I put my phone number in. I told him wow your mad because I came 5 minutes before you close. He said no I’m not mad. And then tells me come on you know you don’t have to put your phone number. People like him is why I will never come back to these location. Lazy employee.

Manger lady is very RuDe ask me to leave the store because I asked a polite question about MY payment MY MONEY an I was told u know what just get out my store . I'll never spend my money in this store again. If this is the kind of Manger you have running your stores you guys will lose a lot more customers an go out of business real soon.

The bald guy with glasses has such a bad attitude and was so rude im never spending my money at another dollar general again. Then he cheated me out my money, I didn’t even bother to go back in and say anything. I say if you don’t want the job then someone else would be glad to have it.

Pitiful service. No baskets in the store. Just sad. Go to the one on Inkster Rd in Dearborn Heights or the store on Warren Ave.Heck even the store in Redford on Joy and Beech Daly is better.

Hi always tell the truth here. Ok I walked in there there was 15 people in the 1 line that was open and 1 cashier stuck on the phone help someone the store looked like a train crashed into it, i walked through the whole store it was awful nasty, dirty, trash everywhere boxes everywhere ,some person putting up stock in the back of the store, boxes all over the store ,I thought they were moving and closing that's how bad it looked I looked at the people just standing around like what's going on in here they couldn't find anything, nothing on the shelves, everything completely empty ,customers looking in the boxes on the floor ,I turned around and walked out, I will never ever go back to that Dollar General In the Heights Plaza On Ford road again Sometimes it's just not worth saving money, I will pay extra and go somewhere else cleaner than to walk around in a store thats Totally disgusting ,I went to another Dollar General on Merriman rd and palmer rd it was nice clean everything was put up That's the one I will go to from know on, and i had to drive all the way over there to get good clean service.

Manager is so rude and refused to price match the price on the DG app. The store is very dirty and disorganized overall i had a very bad experience at this store.

I wish I had a dollar for every time I have come to the store when it should be open, only to find it is closed early. For example I just went there and it is not even 8 PM and they’re closed, supposed to be open until 9 PM. That factor combined with the completeness that this store is in all the time, that’s enough for me to decide I’m not going to even try coming back.

Just left this Dollar General. The floors are unbelievably dirty. I'm sure this is a health violation. Think I will call the health department and file a complaint.

Went in to get sum stuff and the floor was dirty like dirty hasn’t been washed in maybe over 2 years they scanned the wrong price for the item and I told them to double check and they wanted to fight me for it I would never go there again after today
