“The new remodel this year looks great. The displays are show-cased, neat and in stock. Cute selections and priced decently for an attraction gift shop.
I'd like to make a special shout out to Devon for going above and beyond in customer service by going out of her way when she really didn't have to. I asked if there were any other colors of the village's collectors glass pumpkins available than what was on the floor. After checking in the back for me, and no such luck, she went to another location on the grounds to get the color I was asking for. It was really kind of her to do that considering anywhere else would have told me to just purchase it online. I really appreciate the customer service that was offered to me today. I visit the village and museum often, and kind interactions such as this (among many others) are a reason I keep coming back.”
