Matt is extremely helpful — best rates around metro Detroit, honest guy, is very transparent about prices, if he can get used parts, Matt will work with you to get a lower price, if you’re paying out-of-pocket, certified check, you know, not going through insurance, Matt can get used parts when he can — has lower labor costs than other collision shops in metro Detroit, won’t overcharge for more hours than is needed & he’s honest about how long the job will take — also, rather the job is small ($200-300), like you need a new side mirror (which I had done there), or a big job, like new radiator, new hood, et cetra ($4000+), Matt does jobs big and small. Just call ahead, make sure Matt is there & he’ll take a look at the vehicle in person and let you know what they’re dealing with. I can’t speak with paying with insurance, but in my experience, if you’re paying out-of-pocket, like certified check or something, and just want to get the job done and have your car fixed and you’re not getting insurance involved, Korte’s is where you’ll want to get a quote from for sure, but you probably don’t really even need to shop around, honestly, Matt can probably take care of you and he’ll work with you to keep the cost down — 10/10, would recommended.

Korte's Collision did an excellent job repairing the damage to my Jeep! Their estimate was hundreds of dollars less than the others I got. Plus they did the repairs that week, when the others said they couldn't get to it for 3 to 4 weeks. Dropped it off on Tuesday and it was done by noon on Thursday. They cleaned the inside also.
My daughter had someone hit her car. He gave her an estimate when I was picking up my Jeep. She needed the repair done on her day off. They ordered the parts that were damaged. She dropped the car off the night before and they did the repair in one day. He replaced only what was needed and put the bumper and fender back together. They did a great job, it looked perfect! Saved her from having to rent a car.

Lisa and Matt run a great shop. In a world of corporations running bland shops, they are running a small family business putting their very name on the line.
They did great work on my vehicle. They replaced several panels on the passenger side and had to completely change out the bumper and grill. I cannot tell that work was ever done on the car.
Matt was very clear about the entire process and kept me well informed on exactly what was being done. The vehicle was even done early beating the 4th of July long weekend.

Had some work done here recently and they are top-notch, very professional. When we got our car back, we even noticed that they cleaned the inside of the car(!!!) when all they had to do was some bumper work. Now that is going beyond for the customer.
