Looking for some red wine vinegar, I asked three cashiers and all of them pointed me to a sheet of paper taped to the ends of the aisle of each aisle. I went to customer service to ask for manager, Mr. Tim is the manager on duty and explained they were remodeling, he said " well that's obvious: and I said actually it's not, I just walked in the store and had no idea it was being remodeled. He said right but if you walk around you would notice, ( why would I walk around when I'm looking for one specific item). I said maybe your cashiers should tell customers they are remodeling the store so things are being moved around so that customers like me don't assume none of your staff know where the products are. He said he already ask alot from them and wouldn't request that they tell customers that ask were specific items are that the store is being remodeled. When I explained I had eye work recently and couldn't read such small print he referred me to the pharmacy 🫢, it's kind of filunny because the guy working in the pharmacy looked it right up and sent me to the right aisle! Literally took him five seconds to find it, he said " oh it's in aisle 4 with the baking goods, it has not been moved" he was kind and helpful. I won't be back to this location, tim also said he was only here until remodeling was completed then he was going back to his store...... I won't be back to any store he works at, if I see him I'm taking my business elsewhere. Never felt so unvalued, yea this ruined my shopping experience for the day! The staff needs remodeling as well in my opinion. Based off what time said to me customer service is not important at this store!

I called customer service today, Friday, 2/28, at 2:15, and the representative was rude, disrespectful, and racist. She spoke in an inappropriate manner and hung up the phone in my face.

Produce was mixed up, all the bananas where smushy and mashed. Parking was near impossible with carts in every parking space. Employees were rude and unhelpful, never going to this store again.

Bought chicken last night and there is parasites! Called Kroger to tell them only to never speak with a manager and the workers didn’t want to deal so they hung up on me.

Feb 4 2025. . 10:15 am. The customer service woman and the self checkout clerk need to learn customer service. Thank God the lady at self checkout... was talking about retiring soon. Thank god I don't live by this one.

Every time I go there the meat is overpriced and expired. If your prices were down a couple dollars you would sell food a lot more do you need a manager for the store? Because I would increase your Revenue at least 20%

The absolute worst Kroger!! I went to the deli and bought 3pcs of chicken. The extremely RUDE man working was pretty nasty gave me my chicken said, "HERE" not thank you - not have a nice day, nothing, just rude and nasty because I asked if the chicken had been sitting out long, he lied said no. Clearly it had been sitting out because it was so dry my 3yr old couldn't even swallow it. I called to complain and the manager acted as if it didn't matter. The whole freakin store is like a dirty toilet someone took a dump in! Highly dissatisfied with the entire place-- rude nasty employees and managers. Now I understand why my entire family quit going there, now I will NEVER shop here again

The ladies that work at the cash counter lack knowledge and empathy. Stood around for 20 minutes while the ladies scrambled around to find out how to cash a money order. It ended with one of the ladies saying, “you should probably just take it to the bank”….thanks lady, I’m late to work now.

This store is going downhill incredibly fast. The ladies (one of them named Melanie) at the customer service/western union desk are rude and very unprofessional. I’ve been coming to this location for years, and unfortunately it’s not what it used to be.
