We always have a great experience there, Chi and the other lady consistently do a wonderful job on both my daughter's nails and mine🫶🏻 The results are always beautiful, and they are so friendly. We truly appreciate their work and highly recommend them!

Had a good experience with Chi doing gel nails before, but this time I got a regular manicure with another staff and the top coat was bad quality and applied lousily- you can see where it ends. Not even covering all the nail, i feel like i just wasted 25$. Picture is taken same day and one finger chipped already.

“Absolutely unprofessional. They only care about packing in as many clients as possible, not about doing a proper job. You literally have to tell them what to do step by step. It’s like they have no idea. Tools didn’t look clean, and the whole place felt rushed and messy. Definitely not coming back. Save your time and your money.”

Called ahead of time, asking if they had an open for a pedicure. Was told yes and I could come in 15 mins. I was there in less than 10 minutes and there were about 5 other ladies waiting at the lobby already, so I left and went somewhere else.

Terrible experience. Complete careless nail technician who stole my money after wasting my time. Did not get the service requested because she did not have time(figured this out half way through my 3 minute service if you can even all it that)-sorry that shouldn’t be my problem….I write this as I’m doing my own nails now at home now. Here is my tip…. Don’t accept a paying customer if you're unable to provide the service.

I have been gone to Lilly Nails since 2021. I haven’t had any problems you need to make an appointment with Jay does my nails and doesn’t have a problem. I don’t have a problem with my pedicure at all because Jay wife does those and she is the best. And the other people are gone, so if you wanna make an appointment, get your nails nails done correctly go to Jay guarantee you will be pleased

I walk in this nail salon and I ask for a polish on my toes only. Sat down the shellac polish job was sloppy but I didn’t complain. . Went it was all said and done. My price was $40
I couldn’t believe a polish toes would be as much as a pedicure never again

I was trying to post NO STARS! I have NEVER PAID $40 FOR A FULL SET OF ACRYLIC NAILS WITH REGULAR POLISH! PRICES WAY TO HIGH! ITS TO MUCH BEAUTY AND NO BRAINS HERE. I USE TO LIKE THIS PLACE BUT THE NEW OWNER MESSED IT UP. SORRY ILL NEVER SEE YALL AGAIN ?
