4yrs ago I ordered my Tuner, and all the goodies to make my EcoBeast Flex more enjoyable - 2 days later (before my LiverNois order even hit my card) the magic smoke was prematurely released via cylinder 2, well fast-forward almost 4yrs, FINALLY SHEEEE's ALIIIIIVE- and the Tech's at LiverNois haven't missed a beat! Called with questions and got A PERSON!!! WTH! an actual conversation with a living breathing PERSON! rare these days, they assured me they had my back and answered every question right there! No, let me check, let me call you back, huh....I'm not really sure... NONE of that only direct answers and a polite knowledgeable conversation between 2 car guys!

I have a livernois tune in my Cadillac XTS V-sport. Their website claims that their tune is good for 100whp gain. I can assure you that it's not even close. Maybe 20hp at most. Don't waste your money.

This week (10/21/2024) I called Livernois Motorsports (LMS) and purchased a cam phaser lockout kit for my 2009 Ford Explorer for $700. The overall experience was bad. The kit came the next day but was missing the phaser bolts and the timing chain wedge. You cannot do the job without these parts. Today (10/23/2024) I took the kit back to LMS for a refund. Even though the kit was sent to me incomplete the manager charged me a 10% restock fee. LMS sent me an incomplete kit and still charged me a 10% restock fee.
I will not do business with Livernois Motorsports again.
On the bright side, my sales representative was knowledgeable and friendly, which made my experience not a total loss.

Anthony and his team in tech support were amazing. I had a slight issue with my programming and they prioritized my support call. I have 4 vehicles with Livernois tunes and I wouldn’t consider using anyone else. I highly recommend this business!

21, 3.5 ecoboost. I have only put the tow tune on so far, and it is great. My truck feels better all around, very happy with it. More power even just on 87, and shifts so much better than stock. I had a very hard downshift into third intermittently and a shutter in higher gears under load, happening with my 10speed. Both issues seem to be completely gone. Andy has been awesome to deal with, excellent customer service. Definitely happy I went with Livernois.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a part for a Jeep. Received a part for a Ford. 2 emails went completely unanswered, subsequent calls had people claim they would call me back (never did). Randomly received an RMA in my email, sent the product back, it has been 3 weeks now with no refund. Terrible experience.

Dear Livernois Motorsports Team,
As a loyal customer who has invested $30,000-40,000 in your services over the years, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of service I have recently experienced.
In October 2023, I reached out to schedule a service appointment for an oil change, spark plug replacement, AC recharge, and an undercarriage inspection. Despite my longstanding relationship with your company, I was met with a lack of communication and follow-through. I had to repeatedly call and email just to get a response. It took nearly ten months before I was finally scheduled for service in August 2024.
When I dropped off my vehicle, I made it clear to Hunter—both in person and through multiple phone calls and emails—that I wanted the undercarriage inspected while the car was on the hoist. This was due to concerns about the x-pipes installed during a previous visit, which seemed to be hanging too low and causing my car to bottom out frequently.
I was initially told the service would take a few hours and that I could expect my car back the next day. Four days later, I still hadn't received an update and had to call myself to find out that a fuse had been blown during service and that they were waiting for a part. While I understand that issues can arise, a proactive update from your team would have been appreciated.
When I asked about the undercarriage inspection, I was informed that the car had already been taken off the hoist and that it would cost me $150 to have it put back on. Given the clear and repeated requests I made, I find this response unacceptable. The service manager's comment about the cost of the tech's time was particularly frustrating, as it showed a complete disregard for my time and concerns.
This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with your customer service. If your sales team had been more diligent in following up and your service manager had shown any level of accountability, I would likely have continued to be a loyal customer, potentially spending another $100,000 over time. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider any future business with Livernois Motorsports.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to improve your customer service. You have lost a good customer who was willing to spend a significant amount with your company.

Dropped off a 2jz cylinder head for resurface and valve stem seals. Ended up needing a valve job also. Livernois Motorsports went above and beyond with the work they did on the head. Fully satisfied with the outcome of the cylinder head. Car runs great now. Very understanding, courteous and professional team.

Had my 22 F-150 Tremor tuned by them with 3k miles. Thing ran like a champ until I sold it 2 years later. Bought a first Gen raptor so of course I was going to use them again. First, I sent them the data logs on a Saturday afternoon and they sent me the tune back on a Saturday night at 8pm! I was pleased to say the least. The truck kept throwing a code for the ECM module. Emailed them about it. They responded quickly and the next day I had the updated tune. Installed it and the truck runs flawlessly since then. These guys know what they are doing and will never go anywhere else for my tuning needs.
