Run don't walk, from this store, this would be the second bad review, Short answer,
CORPORATE IS INVOLVED NOW
This store in particular over charged $100 of an over fee, corporate wants to know why too!!
I used to be a customer with this store for the longest time in the beginning Then They updated one of my phones to a flip phone, they sold me a used broken phone, the next day I went back they would not give me my money back or update the phone so for $59 they lost me as a customer.
Well, I stayed away from that store for as long as possible, then my son decided to buy me a Christmas present , a new phone I didn't know the price of the phone at time and I told my son I hope you didn't pay over this much money because I looked online to see how much they were going for,
Well to get to the point, I told my son how much he should have paid for the phone out the door, he immediately called corporate and they want to know why also,
So I did go back to the store and confronted him, that indeed he ripped off my son, and I also let him know that my son called corporate. I also told him corporate would like to know why he overcharged him $100.
Well his solution was he will give us $53 and he was going to take the hit, he also said that he gave me a new SIM card well he took my old SIM card out of my phone I asked him then where's my old SIM card and he said he recycled it, no he probably put it back in to the new phone.... But that's not the point he know he messed up I hope corporate really investigates and if you do have a complaint on thls store call corporate don't let him get away with it. I believe in karma, what goes around comes around.
