Beware
I bought my BMW in to get checked out. Sam told me he was gonna repair everything for 3500 and I had brakes done. I had to bring it back the next day. The brakes was not put on correctly then he tells me I got a coolant leak which the 3500 that I already paid. I thought I had already fixed the problem then Sam wants to charge me an extra $1200 They are not honest people

I cannot express how appreciative of Robert I am, I went for an issue with my struts, and was like I will fix my other issue with the vent sound later, Robert calls me to let me know that the car is done, he replaced the actuator of my AC vents for free!!! did not take a penny! but this is not the reason i am leaving this review, Robert is a man of honor, dignity and self respect, he will not charge you random stuff, nor take more than what he deserve. His customer service skills are above the roof, i can't go anywhere else now, i'm hooked to this guy! I really wish him all the best as he deserve all the support.

Purchase a vehicle from automania February 29th 2024 down the street the next day the truck ran rough and the cluster gauge didn't work any more called the dealer they said they had a shop they use for there cars got it towed on my dime there on Saturday called the shop Monday they said they took it for a ride didn't see a problem said it rode fine got my truck back it ran the same took it to another shop and i was told it has all different coil packs and the bulb was remove from the check engine light and might need a lifter stay away from this shop and Automania dealer spent 4 grand on a lemon they are working together to see garbage and will be reporting both if these companies to the better business bureau I have save and recorded all interaction

Robert is by far the best and most competent mechanic I've ever had the pleasure of working on my vehicles. He is always friendly and accommodating, he does excellent work, and he won't deceive or gouge you on price and what work needs to be done. I recommend Robert and his staff to every friend I have looking for a mechanic. He's honest, a gold star mechanic, and has more than once expressed more concern for my safety than making a dollar off me. Recommend this shop every day of the week!
