Would give ZERO stars if possible. I don't know what's required to get a franchise/carry the name but there DEFINITELY should be some sort of formal training. The employees here LIE, DISCRIMINATE & Belittle CUSTOMERS who do not conform to their accepted beliefs/customs. I have traveled across the country. Shell brand has always been a repeatable brand UNTIL THIS LOCATION. It is an absolute SHAME to have a group of entrepreneurs TARNISH a brand that has been known,accepted and loved by so many for so many decades. @ShellBrand care about your process.... care about your customers!!!

I’ve been sold multiple, fake and defective, disposable vapes. Waste of money and terrible experience from the owner. Do not buy any of their vape products. Save yourself five dollars by visiting a vape shop.

They will charge you extra for random things and not tell you about it. I bought an energy drink and got charged a dollar extra for the drink and a dollar extra for the payment on my card and they never mentioned that to me. $2 extra for nothing. $5 for an energy drink. Don’t recommend

Customer service is terrible the morning guy has a look on his face like someone just died treats people like he’s giving them charity worst attitude the guy in the afternoon has a look like you’re coming to rob him you ask him something nods with his head up or down garbage service!!
