Kate is great! She's always personable, even when she has to call me to gently remind me of a missed payment, or return my calls when I have a stupid question that's probably clearly written out in the contract.

I needed to increase the size of my unit and the property manager Kate was super nice and very helpful! She explained everything to me and got me on my way much quicker than I anticipated. Units and facility are always clean.

Kate has been incredibly helpful as I'm dealing with this rat issue. Unfortunately sometimes people break the rules that say no food, luring in rats. Then those rats may find their way into YOUR unit to make a nest and eat the poison you left in your unit from when you started renting it. Storage units aren't air tight and it's an outdoor unit- so I'm glad I paid for the insurance (we'll see how the claim process goes 😬) All this to say, this situation could've been a lot worse if it weren't for Kate's help and empathy. That being said, be careful what you store in an outdoor unit and pay for the insurance 👍🏼

Kate the property manager was very knowledgeable and helpful during our visit. She accommodated all of our requests and address any concerns. She provided a pleasant experience when Orientating us to the property. The Office staff was friendly providing an inviting environment. Thanks Kate!!
