I went in for some food one day and I was told that ever since 7-Eleven took it over that they just don't have the same service. I was also told the reason they had no food available was because no one buys it and it's a waste of money for them to put it out.

Horrible experience with old wicked witch that works there. I purchased a charger and port (bought separately as I didn’t realize I needed a different port) for my car and tested them out before I left, come to find out neither worked. Tried to return and the bald guy (
bought the cord from) who I didn’t catch name was terrific refunded me no problem after hearing the story. The witch on the other hand (bought the port from) acted like she didn’t just see me 5 minutes ago stalled for 15 minutes while she “looked” for a digital receipt just for it to no longer be on the computer and patronized me with questions like how I knew it didn’t work and how was I able to test it so fast like trying a charger I really needed at the time wasn’t my priority. The wicked witch is the reason I’ll never shop at a speed way or 7/11 again knowing they would hire such trash.

Very dirty and the pumps are either broken or very slow. May stop for gas again but will never step inside that nasty building.

Very bad employee with bad behavior. She charged me 3 dollars for just hot water old lady.
She is resist, no one should go to her if your Muslim because she is just resist.

2 - 16 - 24: doors locked, sign says 20 minute break doing back stock. Seems odd, been closed longer than 20. Tons of customers being turned away, Friday night and all. Is it supposed to close for stocking? Maybe I don't know better but I haven't seen it before. 20+ Cara turned away while I'm sitting here typing this.

Most workers here are great. I live nearby so this is “my” gas station. There is a newer employee here that is flat out rude to me every time I’m in there. The first several times I let it go. I know people have bad days sometimes. I get it. Today was the tipping point for me. She actually made a very rude comment to me for no reason at all. She’s constantly outside smoking right by the front door, never greets you or asks can I help you. Just stares at you like she doesn’t want to deal with you. I’ll be driving the extra miles to go somewhere with more friendly staff. And just for context, this is the second online review I’ve ever done. The first was positive. I’m 40. She should not be representing anyone’s business. Customer service is a skill and she doesn’t have it.

This location is on my way into work. It always seems to be busy as others stop in on their way to work as well. The morning staff is horrible. They are kind but everyday I'm in there, I see 3-4 employees but only one register is open. The others are doing nothing but looking at the long line of people waiting in line. On top of that, their card readers have been messed up for over a month! You have to insert or swipe your card multiple times if it even goes through. Management needs to be changed as I see her just standing there not worried about a thing. We all have jobs to get to and the staff here doesn't get that for some reason. Glad I don't have to stop here anymore. Lazy, entitled workers and slow service. Does anyone actually work anymore?
