Disgusting food, not the freshest …. I’ve been here multiple times thinking things would change but no! Everything taste like it has been stored in a dirty fridge. From my breakfast sandwich, cheese and fruit box, and the strawberry’s in my drink all taste disgusting. Never coming here again

Coffee is not fresh for the 3rd time I ordered a grande dark roast hot coffee, the coffee is not hot it's just warm and doesn't taste fresh. The service is very slow always.

This is hands down the worst starbucks location I have ever been to. They have terrible customer service and don't care about their customers what so ever.

I went to visit a friend today, and decided to pick up a coffee for each of us. I had my usual, Venti Iced white chocolate Mocha. Soy milk, an extra shot, and four pumps of the mocha sauce. Yes, I admit it, I am a Starbucks Snob (Junkie!) I got my friend the grand caramel macchiato. When I arrived I was planning on using the drive thru, but there was too many cars and the line wasn't moving. With that in mind remember it was Friday at lunch time. Anyway, I decided to mobile order and go inside to grab our drinks. Inside, there was one person grabbing a mobile Order and another waiting for her order. The employees were so amazingly kind I couldn't catch my breath! It was like another world. They were so sweet. I asked the employee for whipped creme, it wasn't on my drink, and he was happy to do it. So many times I've asked at other locations and they get annoyed so I left there feeling I'd be back because of the overall customer service. Oh the employee even told me she liked my mask. They all had masks and were properly place. A+ you all. Thank you for the excellent service.

New staff is just not it. There's always something wrong with my order lately and they hate having to fix it. I never used to mind the long wait because the coffee and workers were always amazing but it's complete opposite with the new staff. Although it's most convenient for me because of their drive thru I would rather go to a different location- I'm tired of leaving with a bitter taste in my mouth- literally and metaphorically.

Very slow, this location needs more workers to keep up with the traffic. No reason why it should take 30 mins to grab coffee from a drive through

I waited in the drive thru for 20 min in a very slow moving line. Ordered drinks and cookies for me and my kids. Once I pulled up to the window to pay, the cashier (told me his name is Red and that he was the supervisor), informed me that he couldn't accept my payment because they are not taking big bills. I explained that the hundred dollar bill was all I had on me. Red said he couldn't make any exceptions even though I waited in a slow line for 20 minutes and there weren't any signs posted at the drive thru stating that the store couldn't accept big bills. Red was very condescending and showed no compassion and had zero customer service skills. I left disappointed and my kids were also upset over the treat they so patiently waited for and were promised. I know those drinks were going in the trash anyways, so it was upsetting that he wouldn't make an exception and give me the drinks since it was the stores fault for not posting a sign or informing customers at the drive through about their inability to take big bills. Or they could have taken my money and informed me that next time they will not be able to do so. If Red truly is a supervisor at this store, he is doing a horrible job and doesn't deserve that position.

Their caramel macchiato was okay but I’ve tasted better. But one of the baristas was rude. When I stood at the register to place my order, the barista was on her phone and didn’t even pay attention to me when I was in her face and then later she looks up and says “how may i help u” in the driest way possible like I’m forcing her to do her job or something.

Check your drinks before you leave I usually leave a good review but I'm fed up. I order a venti but always get a grande in the venti cup it seems. I get no whip no foam but yet my cup is always 3/4 from full. These are 2 different days. I pay almost 7 bucks for my drink can you please fill the dam thing.
