As someone who actually worked there, I felt the need to really chime in on here. Oh where do I start...when you apply here, they try to get you lured in by having a fantastic break room, but there's no training at all here, they shove a phone at you and then expect you to know everything. Managers are rude, disrespectful, and humiliate you in front of other managers and staff AND "guests". Almost all managers have zero communication and have no idea how to run a store then complain when a misunderstanding happens but instead of doing something about it they just walk around the store with a walkie and a phone doing pretty much absolutely nothing. Not to mention the managers ACTED LIKE I FAKED MY CONCUSSION, one manager INTERRUPTED my conversation with a "guest". If you work at the pizza hut don't expect help. Oh yeah, some managers are also sexist and try to make up their own rules and tell their own not to wear certain items of clothes cause it doesn't look good on them (even when you're in dresscode). Ever wonder why they're understaffed? Because workers are lucky to get 12 hours a week and yknow what full time hours are considered? TWENTY FIVE. Then they take out like 300 dollars in taxes when you actually do get hours. Ever wonder why the workers don't have a walkie or phone? Because they hardly supply enough for anybody. Managers complain that training on the fly is too hard and then wonder why they have no help. There was a gas leak and NO ONE was told about it. I've worked at a McDonald's and THIS place was WORSE.
