Worse manicure ever -the tech removed my acrylic nail & more of the surface of my nails - all nails trimmed unevenly - I would have definitely done better if I had done them myself.

Kevin did an awesome mani/pedi for my 95 year old mother. He was very gentle and patient. I had Mary for my pedi. She did a great job.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this salon for the past 10 years, solely because of Monnie and the amazing work she’s always done on my nails. I was shocked to arrive for my recent appointment and be told—without any prior notice—that she was no longer working there. When I asked for her contact information, they refused to share it, even after all the years I’ve been coming specifically for her. They claimed she didn’t want her information shared, which I know isn’t true. The way the situation was handled—dismissive and argumentative—was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Without Monnie, I have no reason to return especially with having tried out different technicians there and having nails constantly break.
