Service at this location is real Sad! Service is rude, sarcastic and certain ones talk down to you. Intense customer service training is desperately needed. I don't feel like a valued customer when I come to this location. I notice other people having similar experience based on the reviews I've seen online about this location. I don't think anything will change. I think I'll avoid it in the future.

Online they have walk in passport hours listed from 8:30-9:30. Called 3x during different hours of the day to confirm with no answer. Walked in with form filled and passport pictures ready to go. They refused to help us with the excuse that they’re short staffed and that these hours have not been updated since Covid (2019?!). It’s 2025! Mind you there were 2 people at the desk and what seemed to be an office manager telling the staff member she cannot help us without an appointment. One staff was busy helping a customer. The other staff member was free to help us. The help we requested would have taken maximum 15 minutes.

KERRI racial profiled me the minute I walked into the establishment refusing to give me my package before even verifying that it belongs to me. When I told her she didn’t have to be rude she told me to shut up. What wonderful customer service!

Too often I don't receive mail I'm supposed to like credit card statements or cards with gift cards in them, the important stuff, but no problems getting junk mail. I get neighbors mail quite often.

Awful Customer Service – Extremely Rude and Unprofessional
I had a terrible experience at this post office. I came in with my one-month-old daughter to get her passport photo taken, and the employee, Maria, was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the start. She was rushing us the entire time and insisted that the baby had to be awake for the picture, which is understandable, but she only gave us two minutes before deciding she was done trying.
When my husband pointed out how unprofessional she was and asked her to be more patient, instead of apologizing or trying to help, she dismissively told us to talk to her supervisor. We agreed, hoping for a resolution, but when the supervisor arrived, they sided with Maria without even hearing our side of the story.
The lack of professionalism and customer service was shocking. Instead of being helpful or understanding, they were dismissive and rude. This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a post office.
