The people who work here have the worst attitudes ever. 2nd time visiting and the workers attitudes are angry & miserable. The first time they rushed me out because it was an hour before closing. The employee head was tilted rushing me out in a gesture as if I disturbed his entire existence, I left, without a purchase. The second time I patronized this location the line was super long with one person as a cashier. My daughter and I was in the line at least 10 minutes prior to 9pm. Another worker walked up and yelled, “We aren’t loading anymore cards”… Seeing I was only there to load my daughters chime card, I asked her why. The worker told me “We stop loading cards at 9pm, because we close at 10”…. Needless to say I will not be returning. I will only patronize the Walgreens on Ford rd. Those people are welcoming and have some sense of customer service. I suggest everyone reading this do the same. You deserve better when spending you hard earned money!

Long line to check out today. I find that the employees just do their job. Nothing extra, a hello, a smile, did you find what you needed, etc. If you do need help, there is no one around till you get to the checkout.

Best pharmacy service ever. Everything is so organized, and pharmacy staff doesn't cop a attitude with you. Very pleasant experience.

The worst pharmacy is dealing with them is always difficult. They take a long time to complete the order. The last time yesterday I had a prescription from the doctor and I said to send it to this pharmacy near me. Unfortunately, after a long wait, I received the medicine and some of it was in short supply. I returned the second day again and received the missing ones, but unfortunately When I arrived home, I was surprised that the medicine had expired from last year. I do not know how they dispense expired medicine. I will file a lawsuit against them. And indifference to the lives of others.

Every time I come to the store I have a great experience.The pharmacy staff is amazing and they work very hard for the people who depend on them for prescriptions and information on the medications. I won't go anywhere else for my meds.Thank you for the outstanding staff at this Dearborn Heights Walgreens because they truly deserve recognition.

One of the worst pharmacies and Walgreens locations there is. Its as though everyone here hates their job and hates their life, would rather be anywhere else on earth than here, and takes it out on their paying customers. Literally everyone from the store manager to the pharmacist, from the pharmacy technicians yo the cashiers, it is as though literally everyone hates dealing with customers. I have never had one pleasant or enjoyable encounter with any employee there. If i could give zero stars, I would.

Donald, the store manager, has by far the worst customer service EVER! He made very snide remarks to me when all I was doing was asking for help. I can't imagine how he even got in the position of running a store when he shouldn't be the example for others to follow. First, he walked past me as if I wasn't asking for help. Then he said very sassy things to me. I will never be back to this location until he's gone.

The pharmacy is awful! My poor mother waiting for her prescription they told him to be ready by 5:00 I get there at 5:40, detailing will be 25 more minutes then the pharmacist in the back said sorry your insurance don't cover it. They called her and told her it was ready and she's at home suffering. I always have issues when I come here this is a God awful place! Such low standards in the urban community. I wouldn't dare step foot in that very unprofessional place again!
