We were greeted by friendly staff !!!!! Pharmacy is amazing!!!!!/pharmacy team will go out of their way to get your script s you need & will answer questions!!!!! Switching from cvs to Walgreens's was the best move i could of made !!!!!!! Switch or join the Walgreens pharmacy !!!

I have been a customer for few years, despite the fact that there is a pharmacy closer to my house, within a walking distance yet I chose this one due to the staff good customer service. I even transferred all of my meds from Rite Aid to walgreens. Until today Sunday March 21 at about 02:00P.m. Walked in to pickup one of my meds and drop a prescription that I know not covered with insurance, something that a nice gentleman always gave me a discount on thru a Pharmacy coupon. The exact same med with the 30 pills. I asked to check the price before filling, since I am on a fixed income and they can tell from my insurance and co-Pay, yet she said it will cost $34.00 today, I asked how come when I normally pay $11.00? On the mean time a pharmacist named Moe, came raising his voice? When I am old enough to be his father's age, saying we do not give discount and will not honor coupons and he added I will have a talk with who ever gave you a discount before and let them know that we do not do that here!! So if an employee is caring and goes out of his or hets way to assist a customer it"s not acceptable? But it is ok to raise your voice over a difference of $15.00? That is how you treat an older customer? In front of your staff and people waiting inline behind me? Talking about my co pay and that is it s controlled substance prescription? With all disregard of my privacy.And I have always considered pharmacists to be doctors and trusted with our secrets and care about our wellbeing's.

DO NOT drop your expensive packages off at the Fed Ex located inside this Walgreens (Telegraph and Joy Rd). A return package was dropped off to be shipped back to Versace and it “mysteriously disappeared”.

This place needs a way more help you always wait no matter what for your prescriptions never go through the drive-through they really need to hire more people definitely going to change my pharmacy someone in a higher level of management needs to go there and work for a day to see how badly things are neglected and the people that get ignored for five minutes or more when they're sitting in the drive-through It is a drive-through it is supposed to be faster they should hire somebody just to run the drive-through pharmacy Smh so done with this place I will be transferring all my prescriptions and really wish my mom would do the same

They suck!!!! Am 2 blocks away from them but drive 6 miles out my way to get my medications, they will do nothing to help.

I am so angry that Tricare changed back to Walgreens! They have the absolute worst service ever. I had to experience it while stationed in VA/FL but I have to admit this location IS THEE ABSOLUTE WORST. There is always some sort of miscommunication, long lines, out of stock meds. They have to do better. Medications are LIFE SAVING for some people.

This pharmacy is the biggest joke in the entire state of michigan. After receiving the same medication for almost 31 years, this pharmacy is the only one who has made me. Almost go to the emergency room twice, over them not filling my medicine. My doctor sent my Rx in almost 5 days ago, and its still not filled after the woman behind the counter told me they would get it situated. These people laugh, make rude comments to each other and give you dirty looks, literally every single time i try to fill my medication here.

I came in to shop and was greeted when I entered. An employee approached me and asked if I needed help. When back in the pharmacy the staff was helpful. Very nice experience overall. :)

Worse place to deal with the pharmacist ever Zack needs to not be a pharmacist he's very confused and has no customer service skills whatsoever.
