I can as a custom to take passport photos and the worker Nicole was very rude talking, and she refused to retake the photos. Then I told her I would pay for another and she still refused and then she left us and said she didn’t want to deal with it and called another employee but no one came so she came back then when the employee came later she said you go talk with them. It was my first time and I hated it. Plus she gave me a dirty chair which someone clearly stepped on it and when I cleaned it she gave me a weird look and she sort of pushed me out of the chair with saying anything to move it then told me to sit down with. I told her thank you and she said why are you thanking me with a disgusted look like she hated us because of our ethnicity. 0/5

Just waited in the drive thru for 52 minutes with 103 degree fever and 5 people in front of me. No sense of urgency here ever. Every time I come pick up my script it's even worse whether I go to the drive thru or counter. I've been coming here for years but I need to change.

This store is poorly managed and always in chaos. Lines for the pharmacy are forever. Orders are lost, employees are impersonal. Changing stores tomorrow.

Poor, poor, poor! Used their photography service with the sole purpose of getting a digital photo and it's been more than 3 days and I still am unable to download my pic even though I paid $17 for the pleasure! It's not complicated and they are unable to resolve this issue, absolutely useless. No offer of a refund despite them actually not fulfilling their part 🤷

If I could've given a zero I would have. This pharmacy after 9 pm socks. They will not answer the phone. I called 3 times and 3avh time I was hung up on. Some good service there! B,S.

Problems filling scripts on time. Recently cancelled my medication refill request without any reason as to why. I had to find out on the app. Called the pharmacy and the tech said “I don’t know why it was cancelled I wasn’t working on it” and now they said it’s not in stock and no one ordered it so I’ll be three days without my meds at this point and no other Walgreens nearby has it in stock. Also got a refill last week done and they shorted me 90% of the order and had to go back to get that fixed.
