Rebacca is the best Pharmacy Technician and so knowledgeable and has the best customer service. We were visiting from out of state and thanks Allah we had to choose this pharmacy to make it easy on us.

I rage quit the Telegraph CVS and have been nothing but happy with Van Born Walgreens. Everything is right billing wise, fast service, friendly Pharmacy staff.

Absolutely awful experience with this pharmacy. I had to switch from Rite Aid when it closed, and I have had nothing but problems. There was like one nice and helpful person there, but I've had recurring issues with their system rejecting my prescription refills, I've spent hours on the phone trying to get this resolved and they are so unhelpful. Also, the lines are insanely long. Will be switching pharmacies.

Horrible service 😑 The pharmacy is a mess. Always long waits. 20 minutes phone holds. Medication out of Stock!!, even for basic Controlled medicine For head trauma due to a bad accident. They cant be transferred at all. But will still be on Backorder for days. If its the weekend and your neuro specialistis out. You will end up in the Hospital like me tonight. Becare they give wrong information to you also. Just got out the Hospital , finally do to this tonight. Thx tim. You have my number. For all the Hospital info also. This shouldn't happen to anyone.

I love going to Walgreens and the pharmacy and the fact that its 24 hours. They always have good deals on the waters and the pharmacist is always on point with my medicine

This is the worst pharmacy and store. The employees never smile. They are rude and just plain out mean. The pharmacy always hangs up the phone on people. I've been going to this Walgreens for a long time and I'm ready to leave and go else where.

This pharmacy is absolutely atrocious. Probably the worst I have ever seen, just for reference I work in the medical field and deal with pharmacies all day long and have never had such a horrendous experience anywhere. The guy that works there, the only guy, is absolutely garbage. He is the most unprofessional, unethical, non caring, rude and just downright disrespectful person I have ever experienced. I was there to get medication for my 7 year old child, I called while in the parking lot 4 times with no answer, I was hung up on. Went and waited in the drive thru line for over an hour to be told they don’t even have the medication. I asked the guy to look for another location he gives me one in canton then tells me he doesn’t have it there either. He hung the phone up to the drive thru in my face 2x and walked away. I had to wave my hand in the air out of my car for him to pay attention. Ultimately I had them send the script to another office and asked the guy to send it while I was there so I knew it was there, he proceeded to tell me he would try but he now had other people there, I then asked for a paper script so I can just take it and he told me he had to send it electronically because that is how it was sent in. I explained that I’ve been here for an hour and a half at this point, before anyone else was and that I need it sent right away. Made it all the way to another 24 hour pharmacy and the script was still not sent. They had to call over the Walgreens to get the script and the guy just gave it to him over the phone. Imagine that, what happened to protocol? I would NEVER recommend anyone go to this office. I will now be sending all my scripts elsewhere, this was absolutely unacceptable.
