App doesn’t work properly, I have put an order for PAST DUE prescriptions for my mom because they never get them ready on time even though i have it on automatic refill. the order have been saying “order received” for 4 days now.Almost every month they sent my medication to a different location for no reason.The 90 days supplies only worked once and they ask me every Month if I want to activate it and I do and they still send the minimum prescription possible. Even with her insulin containers they always give us half what prescribed by the doctor.It’s so frustrating dealing with Walgreens unfortunately I’m considering switching pharmacies.

So ive been with walgreens since December 2nd and i just want to say my managers are absolutely amazing i have been working sicne i was 16 and have had some of the worst management but when i started at walgreens it was like leaving a toxic relationship and getting into a healthy one every shift lead i work with and coworker and manager is just simply amazing i have never loved a job more than i do working for walgreens ❤️

I've come to this pharmacy twice, and man what a big mistake. One time was for a scheduled flu shot, and the next via the drive through for a very generic prescription. Both times they weren't insanely busy, just had a blatant disregard for customer service. I was asked to sit & wait several times, when other team members were clearly available. I've waited over an hour to be serviced on both occasions. Someone in management needs to address the issues with this pharmacy.

The staff in the store are nice. However, the pharmacy has drastically declined over the years. What used to be a friendly interaction has turned to a dismissive, long, lethargic experience. Recently had three prescriptions submitted at the same time by urgent care. Six hours later only two were ready. When I picked up the two and inquired on the third I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. As I wasn't feeling well I said I would be back later to pick it up. Several hours later it still wasn't ready. When I checked the status the following morning at 7am, the pharmacy had canceled the script and if I resubmitted it then it wouldn't be ready till the following day. Will no longer be using this pharmacy.

They inform you your medication is "ready". Wait in line 20 min to be told it's not ready and to wait another 15-20 mins and it "should" be ready. DO NOT use the pharmacy at this Walgreens unless you have half your day to sit around and wait for your prescription.

Worst store ever you work all night long wanna stop grab something from store at 130am in morning but you get there and it's a 24hr location but they close from 130am till 2am daily so they can have lunch break they say for store cleaning but you see nobody ever walking around in there now 147 am I've seen 8 cars come and go probably cost the store a couple hundred bucks every night closing like that and the manager is a young male looks like a crack head

I constantly have had problems with this pharmacy not filling my scripts. I've been told my scripts weren't ready just for them to text me the second I got home to say they messed up. I also have been trying to get birth control and every month and every single month there is a problem either with them communicating with the pharmacy or them filling my script. This has caused an imbalance in my hormones directly because of them. Absolutely horrible customer service and the way they treat people who are just trying to get their medicine is disgusting. Sapphire was especially unhelpful and rude to me in the drive through.

Pharmacist, Mr. Bazzy, was very professional. Appreciate the extra steps he took to get me the script at a good price. Dr. order of eye cream for surgery was not enough and too expensive. He called and got right dosage and product much cheaper. Nice to see good people willing to help seniors.

Great experience. The drive thru line was long but tis the winter sniffle season. The lines are long everywhere but it was worth the wait. My pharmacist was very patient with me. He assisted in pulling my script from another site and assisted in finding another alternative for an ointment that my insurance wouldnt cover. It cost 750$ out of pocket. So, he help me navigate through that. He went out his cubicle to get some non rx stuff for me because i was ill with covid and shouldn't want to come inside. He was so kind, patient, great smile customer service. Just wonderful.

Very accommodating and nice. Also they are scheduled for a break between 2:00am to 2:30am. I know some reviewers mentioned that and they updated hours to reflect that. It’s not perfect because sometimes customers linger like today when they were helping me with my sons meds but they didn’t want to run out on me.

Would give zero stars if I could.Horribly slow and the lady on the phone refused to fill my prescription bc I didn’t have the physical insurance card on me even though I had all the info. Then I spoke to pharmacist and they filled it right away.

Reviewing for the pharmacy only. I wish I got the name of everyone working today - they were all so amazing (whoever the employees were at around 9:00 pm on Nov 13, both male). They were so busy but got me what I needed within half an hour. I'm in between insurances and was unsure what I had, but the pharmacist helped me figure that out and was so accommodating. The best part was that he didn't make me feel rushed or like I was bothering him at all; he really listened and tried to help. I had tons of questions, which normally makes me anxious, but he was so calm and sweet in answering them. The other pharmacist didn't help me, but I heard him doing drive through orders while I was there and also was impressed with how friendly he was. Half of the time at other places, I feel like the pharmacist is stressed and that I'm bothering them. This place was not like that at all!
