Very bad customer service stole 15$ from me not even 1 star

There was a old man employee working the night shift on Sunday that was working behind the counter that was extremely rude to the customers and especially a doordasher, he intentionally took 10 minutes in front of me to get this doordashers pick up ready, the doordasher patiently waited and still told him to have a good night, he rudely didn't respond to him and as soon as he left he laughed about it and smiled, his behavior to me was disgusting and unacceptable he should not be working with customers, because of the way he treats people this 7-Eleven has lost my business permanently.

AWFUL since the new ownership. Soda machines are usually broke, it’s dirty inside. Just an awful 7/11 all around these days.
***Updated review- It’s been much cleaner that let few times I have been in. The new pop machine has also been installed and is great. I can see the effort being out in to turn things around and it’s appreciated***

Uncleanly, sticky floors and unfriendly service by manager at late night when requesting freshly heated food.

Very bad customer service specially the older guy at night. He had me wait in line while he does other things and wouldn’t ring me up. It happened to me at lest twice. And when I got his attention he completely ignored me.I would never go there. The store is always dirty.

I had got lock out of my car and forgot my keys and phone in the car I went into 7-11 today to ask if I can use the phone because it was an emergency the Indian guy that work there was rude and disrespectful and would not let me use the phoneWhen doThey have workers who are like that I would never step inThat 7-11 shame on him I know that’s not the owner reply to the messages

Went in knowing most 7/11's have bathrooms to wash my hands and buy some food, cashier said no public restrooms. So i said you won't be getting my business and walked out.

The Indian manager very Bad manners. I am a customer. I come in association with a work team consisting of 12 customers. He did not respect the customers. One person wanted to use the microwave. He did not let him use it. It was an excuse that it costs money.
