Very poor service! We needed the spare installed due to a flat tire. It took over 3 hours to arrive, with very little communication & multiple incorrect ETAs. Then, the driver didn’t know how to get the spare, my husband who just had knee replacement surgery, had to help him. Plus, when he left he TOOK our keys! We were stuck for another 2 hours waiting for him to return them!
Very unhappy with this service!

Can't leave -5 stars, left a handicapped 60 year old diabetic, Kindney failure, ostomy patient, and a 33 year GOLD AAA member stranded after over 2 hours of BS text messages and phone call, Josh, the Low knowledge Manger said they couldn't help.....I made one call and PAID OUT OF MY POCKET to have the service done....Will never recommend AAA again and I am looking into further action.

On January 13th at approximately 2:56pm I called AAA insurance because I could not get into my account. I had the pleasure of speaking with Nikki who was the rudest most condescending person I have dealt with in many years.
To say that she was short and nasty would be an understatement. She wouldn't let me speak and kept interrupting me. She spoke to me as if I was five years old. Mind you,
it was an error on their side not mine. I hope someone from AAA listens to that call since supposedly they are all recorded. If it wasn't for another employee I would of dropped AAA home and auto insurance that day.

My father’s van broke down on him so he called me for help. We waited 4.5 hours for one van to be towed ! This is completely unacceptable, I have been for years telling him to trash AAA because it’s not the AAA from the good old days. My father is over 70 years of age, we are talking Winter weather in Michigan. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to make this up but to make sure that it never happens again !

I needed gas, so I called, and they told me that I did need to be there. It was 23 degrees, so I walked 1/2 mile to my house. I am on medicine that won't allow me to drive. The manager won't allow me to get a tow because I am not there. So he wants me to walk a half mile in 23-degree weather to be with a car that I can not legally drive.

WELL, IT'S A CRYING SHAME.AFTER20+/- YEARS WITH AAA THE LEVEL OF MEMBER SERVICES ARE NON EXISTENT.IVE HAD 2 AGENTS, NANCY HALL RETIRED.. RECENTLY MY SECOND AGENT QUIT? I'M 57 DISABLED,, PRETTY MUCH PERFECT DRIVING RECORD AND CREDIT.. BATTLE CREEK OFFICE NEGLIGENCE, REBECCA L AUSTIN IN CHARGE OF 3 DIFFERENT OFFICES (BOSS/INCHARGE/OVERSEEING) HAS FAILED ME SINCE SEPTEMBER 2024.& BRYON C. DEPARTURE...TO THE POINT MY AUTO INSURANCE WAS CANCELLED AND NOW LAPSTED. AND NOBODY ELSE I'VE SPOKE TO HAS HELPED ME FIX THIS SCREW UP... I'VE BEEN AND BEING DISRESPECTED AND TREATED VERY WRONG.....""20+YEARS "" MY BILLS ARE ALWAYS PAID THE DAY RECEIVED.. NOT ONLY AUTO... HOME OWNERS TOO HAS FAILED ME..... Not only was the aaa driverAhmad was extremly rude and inappropriate by expressing his annoyance about making the call, but also the supervisor refused to honor the warranty on my battery that aaa provided after 3 attempts to charge it only lasted a couple of hours.A new repacement battery is needed but they refuse to honor the warrant.buyer beware I will be posting this on all my social media outlets

I had a flat tire last night. Luckily there was an empty parking lot close by. The rep on the phone told me it would be an hour and it was. Almost to the minute. The man was friendly and all business!! I don't think it took him 5 minutes!! I wis
h I knew his name because he was awesome!! This is only the second time I've used your service since 2016 , and both times were great!!

I’ve called 3 times to get off mailing lists and they continue to bombard me with junk mail. I haven’t had aaa in years and don’t want it. How difficult is it to not harass people when they don’t want your services?

Careless customer service
Waste of time
I got a quote online but won’t let you buy it like other insurance companies
You have to call and buy on phone
The guy was so time wasting and careless
It took him 45 minutes on the phone to finish my quote and he came up with a price almost $1000 more than quoted

Absolutely useless.
Have the premier membership, and last year I called 1/2 hour out of town, coming home when we had car trouble. Was told they'd contact me when to expect a tow as they were on it. 4 hours later I called back to check the progress, and was told that a tow wasn't secured yet, and I might want to find my own.
Thanks, aholes. I waited with my wife and daughter for four hours for a tow that was never on its way. Getting dark and chilly, we had to leave the car stranded in a parking lot, and miles from home, and pay for my own tow the next day.
Abysmal service.
Here's an added treat- a week after canceling my membership, I got charged for another year's dues. Auto-renewal, (which I don't recall EVER signing up for.)
This company gets better and better..

I called for roadside assistance at 8:20 this morning. It is now 11:55 and I have not had a dispatch yet
So I just got off the phone for the fourth time with the local AAA towing service and they still have not received the dispatch from AAA. I expected more from AAA as I have been a member for over 40 years and never had any trouble with the service until now. I have better things to do than wait for a tow that may not come. If you are considering joining AAA then I urge you to reconsider as they are not what they used to be.
