They email ready to pick up the item but they close still. Last Friday they close too and today. Mall open 11am but they still closed. Saying they open 11am but there store is not open. They not answer the phone. To confirm if they open. So not gonna waste time to go there and close again.

The lady that claimed she was the manager yesterday didn't know nothing on how to do her job yesterday and acted very rude to me I made a order for shoes because 12 oaks didn't have the shoes in my size so the deal is buy a purse and shoe get 20 percent off I purchase my purse at 12 oaks and went to exchange it she didn't even give me my money in my hand at all which the total back in my hand would of been 31.80 she instead took off only the purse total of 29.and some change on the following receipt with the shoes I wanted than I said u did that wrong where's the rest of the amount it says on my receipt she said it didn't matter I said yes it does and she began to act really rude I said excuse me who u getting smart with when I'm the upset one u didn't do this write so I exchange everything and got a refund at that moment and said I don't want nothing now cause u didn't do it write from begging I will like to speak to someone about this situation she was very wrong and the customer service was very bad ?

Customer service absolutely sucks! Never got acknowledged when me and my wife walked in. We had to ask for help. Staff had no since of urgency!

My shoes cute. ? They didn't have them in the store but the young lady (forgot her name ?) she did not let me walk out without offering to order them online and have them shipped to me directly. That's customer service done right. Give me options.
