I love Dr Rafiq and her team. They are all nice and respectful of their patients time. Also they make sure you understand any and all costs you may be responsible for when having services. No surprises. Awesome dentist!

BEWARE!!! I would give ZERO stars if I could. Do NOT go here! They performed work prior to it being approved by my insurance, without notifying me, and are just now billing me for the denied claim 3 YEARS LATER!! I was told 3 years ago that this would be written off due to a miscommunication with my insurance company, and believed it had been handled, since I never heard back from them. Now, 3 years later, they send me a FINAL NOTCE for a bill that I never received. Also, the crown buildup she did has already cracked and had to be redone by another dentist!!In reply to your response below, I DID call your office. Their reply was basically sorry about your luck, pay your bill before we send it to collections. So I paid my bill, but will share my experience with EVERYONE I can, so they can avoid being duped by you.

They will try and sell you services you absolutely don’t need or lie about it. They are one of the new age “dentists” who only want to sell, sell, sell! I guarantee they try to tell you that you need a mouth guard and sell you an expensive toothbrush! Thank God I’am not ignorant and a family member worked in dentistry for 25+ years. If you tell them “no” to something, they will belittle you or try to make you feel like your a bad person or parent for that matter. I had a man in front of me during my last visit walk out and not pay…. That should have been an indication of what I should have expected. We told them we didn’t want our child having flouride or X-rays done, they still did or pushed the issue. When a parent tells you no, it’s no. Respect that. The last straw was when they tried to put a mask on my child when we told them he doesn’t wear one. If your naive or don’t know any better, good luck- I hope you have good insurance/deep pockets!

I don't normally write reviews let alone give negative ones. But I received a call from them asking if i was able to come in earlier then my scheduled appointment. I advised I would try but was working and possibly wouldn't be able to make it. I Called them back to advise I would have to keep my original appt time, and while driving to their location received a phone call to reschedule because they double booked. I left work early and picked up my son for this appt, so the lack of consideration on their end was awful. It was not just this occurrence either. The dentist really didn't seem to know what she was doing while looking at the x-rays of my sons teeth, which made me very uneasy. So we will not be returning. I would go elsewhere.

Dr. Rafiq and her staff are amazing. Always taking great care of their patients needs. I love my hygienist. She's the best. I highly recommend All Brite Dental.

Overall very pleasant experience with the staff and considerations they made for my child. Only improvement I would suggest is for the dentist and her approach on how she judges a persons lifestyle and making a parent feel guilt for tooth decay. And maybe take into account some people go through major stress and financial issues that may make it difficult to focus on certain things like dental care...otherwise very happy with my experience here.

I absolutely love this place! All of the staff and I do mean ALL of the staff are welcoming, friendly, and professional. My entire family has been going here for years and we always have a great experience. There’s never a long wait and they get you in and out. Clean place, nice environment and they’re awesome with children as well! So glad to be apart of the All Brite family!

All I can say is AMAZING! I just switched over to this dentist office and they have been so attentive and kind. On my first appointment everyone made me feel so welcome and the doctor spent over an hour with me just to get to me and explain what my xrays. Today I had a slight mishap and lost a filling. They were able to squeeze me in immediately and took care of me as if I were their only patient. Front receptionists and assistants are also super friendly. All around great place!

All the dental assistants and dentist are amazing but there is one receptionist/scheduler who treats you like dirt and talks with a disrespectful tone. Definitely ruins the whole positive experience when you end the appointment with someone so unhappy to work with anyone.
