Ronnie was very knowledgeable and was able to assist me with my iPhone upgrade 11/25/25. They had the iPhone I wanted in stock so I was able to go back today and upgrade my mother’s phone with Ronnie.

I feel the need to make this review.
As someone who is in the older generation, technology is not my strong suit. I came into this location with an issue with my Samsung phone. I’ve been an AT&T customer for a long time at the southfield location. When coming to this store I was happily greeted by a taller gentleman with glasses who said his name was Ali with a K. I have never in my 15 years of AT&T service with my wife had the type of experience this young man gave me. Attentive, polite and an amazing teacher. He was even able to lower my bill while getting my wife a new phone. That’s unheard of! All these years of paying a higher bill or being referred to customer service.. It’s refreshing to get some help instead of being pushed away to technical support. I will be back with my wife again Ali K thank you sir.
