I went here to purchase a new phone a couple of years back. Didn't notice that they had added several accessories onto a payment plan. This in return took me several months to pay off and small amounts of $7 a month. But my point is, they never explain this to me they were all about selling to a new customer. Also $30 government plan with switch to another device without my knowledge or permission, and this device wasn't even mine. FYI here all the way around. Won't even pay my bill there anymore. I also had to file an identity theft packet.

Theives I trade my old phone with new phone and after one month they said it's blacklist they stolen my old phone and now the new phone blocked

These people traded me z fold 4 for z fold 6 and after a month, they blocked the phone and told me it's a stolen phone. Very bad customer service, if I bought the phone from you, how does it come up black listed, when I bought it fresh out of the box from you.

I purchased 2 new phones with this store and the store manager added 3 extra phones to my bill and I am being charged for them ! Oh he sold a good game and as I stated to him I did not want the phones he stated, “you will not be charged for them” well 3 months later my bill has doubled and I am stuck with 3 flip phones! And there is never a response from the person! I have contacted an attorney about this situation and filed a complaint against this store! If a person tells you they don’t need something let it be! So disappointed in the quality of service this store has provided!!

I asked for an 15 pro max but they gave me 15 plus which I didn’t even notice after she finished the payment and when I told her that I asked for an 15 pro max she tried to put me in the wrong and told me that I have to pay 60$ more to switch over when I haven’t even touched the new phone yet very poor communication I’m not happy with this phone at all and when i told the manager what happened he told me that he wasn’t in the conversation so I can’t do nothing about it , which they have to know that customers are always in right and everybody walked away like nothing happened I did not asked for this phone and I hope this message get to the owner so he can check up on them because this is unacceptable I’ve been with AT&T my whole life but I guess I have to switch over now because I’m not paying 60$ extra for the mistake they did .

I was very satisfied with paying my bill at the AT&T store on Greenfield Road off Warren Avenue. I had a great experience using their kiosk machine. The representatives were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I will go there again to pay my bill. I guess be them a 5 Star. I recommend them to my family and friends.

I took a friend there after they took care of their buisness. They received emergency phone call they asked personal if they had an extra ink pen staff refused even after offering to buy one. But each of the staff had several pens in their pockets.
