Ordered parts online for my Aunt and Autozone wouldn't let her pick them up. But I ordered the parts on rockauto.com for cheaper. I will never use Autozone again.

CJ (if that is his real name) from commercial was extremely unhelpful and extremely rude. He was very happy that I’m going to advance Auto Parts instead of working with them. I wish I can give you zero stars.

Went in to ask a question at 7:15 pm both the guy in the blue shirt and the guy behind the counter did not speak and both rolled their eyes and told me they could not help me and I needed to come back in the morning they didn’t ask not one questions just had attitudes and refused to help ! I will be taking this to corporate because if you don’t want to do your job stay tf home !! Just lazy and leaning on the counter horrible customer service
