I happen to be in the mall yesterday and wanted to get some things for myself. There were two sales associates in the front corner stocking product. Neither of them spoke to me, even though I said hello. I walked through the store, just to look around when a different associate asked if I wanted some help. She ended up helping me. When it was time for me to check out one of the original associates rang me up. She was extremely dry and rude. She was not that way with the customer before her. I'm sure it was a one off type of thing but I'll be mindful of who to stay away from if I ever go back into this location. Very bad, dark energy!

Friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked store. Only disadvantage for me is the location of the store. I have a hard time walking otherwise I highly recommend shopping here

I love this store! Every time I walk in it gives an instant feel of good ambiance and I feel like a kid in a candy store. Always organized, Stocked, and the sales associates are always greeting with a smile and eager to help.

I went in to find a body spray that is now discontinued. I walked out with a 3 wick candle for 7$. I'm really sad about the body spray tho. Moonlight Path is gone now. I hope one day you will bring it back.

I love Bath and body Works, but I refuse to return to this particular location. The sales associates were rude, and when I got to the cash register with my two daughters, the lady did not greet us ,did not smile, and seemed to have an attitude that we each had a coupon for a free item. she didn’t say have a nice day. She just gave us our bags and stood there . I tried to look at the name on her shirt, but it was covered. Miserable
