Horrible service stay away from this branch

I been trying to set auto pay for my safe deposit box for 2 years, chase bankers have no pasion to help clients only want sales. This time I went there and wanted to upgrade account and to fund account to avoid fees, since I been told my checking account can't set auto pay. There was a lady on last cubicle her name Maria once she knew it is maintenane she said she has appointment and started calling Hiba and her appointment didn't show up. Hiba told me you can't upgrade account you need to close it and open a new one, I went to branch on Ford Rd in Dearborn MI 48126 on chase rd I opened saving account to upgrade account and funded both accounts, i told the lady if she can set autopay she told me try mobile app or to go to home location where safe box is. Then I went back to Chase branch on Monroe st to set autopay.

Looks like they are willing to help you depends how much money you can bring to bank or how much you benefits the relationship banker / personal banker or bring sale to them other thank that they will make execuse that they have appointments or they are on the phone

I visited this branch to open a chequings account. unfortunately I didn't have an u.s address so they weren't able to allow me to create an account. but the lady did everything in her means to fit me in her schedule, figure out possible solutions but unfortunately the system didn't allow her.the customer service I received was excellent.

I ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM CHASE ALL TOGETHER!I WAS HACKED FOR THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS THE MANAGER AT THE DEARBORN HEIGHTS BRANCH SAID SHE CANT DO ANYTHING THE ESCALATION TEAM SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND THEY DID NOT PROTECT ME FROM HACKERS! THIS IS A SCAM AND SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN LIGHTLY BUT NO ONE AT CHASE HAS THE KNOWLEDGE TO ADDRESS THIS SITUATION I GUESS THEY CAN HIRE ANY IDIOT OFF THE STREET TO RUN THIS COMPANY!

The only branch I visit when I need assists. I almost never need to go inside but when I do, super helpful and fast. ATM would have been better if it was a drive through but still isn’t to bad. Love the fact I can choose how I want my cash from the ATM ($5’s, 10’s or 20’s)

The Worst service ! I have ever seen in my Life. Discrimination ! This is the 5th time having issues with this Branch. The Lady who was working in the Drive is unprofessional Aug 06, 2022. Pleas monitor this Lady before other customers leave that Bank.

We use them for a nonprofit business account. They have been helpful in keeping our accounts secure and also accommodating (e.g. prompt appointments to update account information).
