Every time I go to this branch just to deposit money in my cash cards just getting rude disrespectful way from cash register specially there is 2 known women very rude disrespectful plus long time ago I stopped buying any thing from this branch for the long wait and not nice cash register but those 2 am talking about there place is the trash can, let cvs but better people to present and more respectful friendly with respectful customers, cuz there is some customers need to be beating with the shoes.

The negative reviews regarding the customer service at this pharmacy location is correct. And, why should a 80+ senior travel further away for his/her prescriptions?During a recent prescription pick-up for a relative, I had to inquire four times, if there was a issue regarding a prescription, and was ignored each time. I was going to come back, since it was now their lunch time, and I understand the importance of a lunch break. And, I wanted to go home and change after cleaning inside a patio.I was at this pharmacy for 45 minutes (1:00 pm to 1:45 pm) I found out from observation only, the 2nd prescription was never prepared for pick-up. That's the reason the clerk and pharmacist could not find the prescription. And, instead of telling me the order was not ready, I received a disrespectful response from the pharmacist.I accurately described [to the] pharmacist's her disrespecful tone and manner she displayed. The previous pharmacy staff's customer service was very exceptional. What happened to them????I agree, my verbal description of her behavior was inappropriate. However, I believe, this pharmacist will refrain from behaving disrespectfully towards all customers in the future.I would recommend another CVS pharmacy. In my opinion, it is not senior+ customer friendly to everyone. Please read the reviews. They are telling the truth.

My daughter had an interview and interviewed with A who was rude and unprofessional to ask my daughter (first question) why she Still wear a mask. This is irrelevant. Then tells my daughter she cant work at CVS because liquor is sold there and shes 16 (she was asked her age which is illegal) and to find another location that doesn't sell liquor. Where?? Why invite her to an interview then? Lets do better

Staff and mgmt are rude, disrespectful and discriminatory. This location needs to be investigated and the entire staff needs to be replaced with ppl who are experienced in customer service and actually like doing their job

If you want a corporate-funded pharmacy that does not care about you as a patient, this is the CVS to go to. Worst customer service ever, I don't understand how the people who work there chose healthcare. Every time I call, the staff are rude and condesending. Anytime I ask for options they reply with the same generic reply, "We can't help you with that." So what is the point of the pharmacist, aren't they medication experts? Aren't they the ones supposed to be the ones that help with medications or are they just glorified cashiers? It's funny a little because at times, I have to explain what is going on to them by just using google. Ridiculous.

Horrible customer service. Staff full of attitude and disrespectful. Don’t waste time in that location. I’ve been to other cvs locations but this is the only one have no respect for customers. Staff start yelling when I asked for help and was on top of the the throw the receipt and walked away without saying if she was done ringing me up. I’m starting to wonder if there is a manger that actually takes complaints

I want everyone I can, to know the absolute amazing experience I had today with this location, and their pharmacy. I live in Traverse City, and was in Dearborn to drop my twins off at U of M to go back to college after Christmas break. Tuesday morning I saw a post on Facebook from a good friend in Mason Michigan regarding her daughter having Strep and no nearby pharmacies having Cefdinir, and it being on back order. I asked her if she wanted me to try pharmacies in Dearborn to see if they had it, and I vould take the long way around to drop it off on my way back to Traverse City. She agreed, so I started my quest to find her daughter her meds. I called this location, and Nancy in the pharmacy helped me. She asked what the dosing was. I had no clue, so I had to call her back. She was MORE than patient with me. I got the dosing, and called her right back. She said she had it, and asked where the original prescription was sent. She got it transferred from the Mason Meijer, and expedited getting it filled. Only to find out they didn't accept her insurance. She suggested two nearby pharmacies, and forwarded it to Walgreens for me. I called Walgreens and confirmed the script was on the way, and they even sent thr mother a text to set up rhe daughters profile. Two and a half hours later, I called back(the same phone number two times before) to see if it was ready yet. They said they had no record of Ava, nor her script, and told me it must be at a different Walgreens...even after telling them it was the same number, so I knew it was the same location. ? They told me CVS must not have sent it, which I knew wasn't true. I called CVS back, and explained the situation. A male answered the phone this time, and he asked me for that Walgreens phone number. He had proof the script was sent to them and was going to call for verbal confirmation, and call me back. About 15 minutes later, he called and said, "Well, they're refusing to answer their phone, so I got it forwarded to a local pharmacy about 3 minutes from us that accepts your insurance, and is already getting it ready." ? I thanked him and he told me to let him know if I have any problems. When I got to the local pharmacy, there was a hiccup with the insurance, so I ended up just paying for it out of pocket, but it didn't matter at that point. Everyone, other than Walgreens went WAY above and beyond to get Ava her meds. The icing on the cake was, the man from CVS called me back about an hour later, to make sure I got the meds. I was floored, and almost started crying. I told him how very much I appreciated his help and concern that he and Nancy gave me, Ava & Stacey. They knew this was a priority and handled it as if we were their own family. Kudos to CVS on the corner of Michigan Ave, and Greenfield Rd in Dearborn. ? You were our heroes today! ? My only regret was not getting the gentleman's name at the pharmacy. He as well as Nancy went WAY above and beyond the call of duty.

My friend Koko and I come here all the time for our makeup and lashes. The best pharmacy with friendly staff! The manager named Brooke is the best and is so nice!
