The technician was very rude/ mean. Very bad customer service, very unorganized, they make you wait back and forth wasting your time on top of that they are mean and they provide you false information. Corporate needs to send some undercover audits for these people to see how the technicians treat people!

No personal cell phone use policy I guess. Twice now I was not noticed at the counter because the young adult was texting on their cell phone! Once in the front. She was stupid rude, I had never sent photos to get printed so did not know how to pick them up, when I cleared my throat and finally got her attention and asked her how to get my photographs because I’ve never had them sent in before her only response was “you ask”. Right here I could’ve lost my shit, but considered the source. Then today I went to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist was helping someone at the input counter. It took a while for someone to realize I was there, I had to back up, and when the pharmacist saw me, she asked if I had been helped and I said no, at which point she asked someone I could not see to help me, there was a young adult just around the corner near me texting on her cell phone. She took longer than normal to check me out because it was obvious her texting conversation was more important than me…the customer. Whatever happened to professionalism and customer service?

I've had waiting time for prescriptions over twenty minutes standing in line. Pharmacy seems pretty disorganized. They also have the usual CVS issues stocking shelf items (BOGO special items only have one item available, and so on).

The store is in a good neighborhood and feels like a safe place to shop. The line in the back of the store at the pharmacy moves along pretty quick because they had 5 people working on filling prescriptions. Great place to shop and very friendly and helpful employees working there throughout the store.

Coming here a long time and problems with corporate and this store specifically cause consistent long lines and waits at times over 10 minutes to get prescriptions. Last straw is their computer system has been down for the past two days and had to have RX's filled at a different location. Having all prescriptions sent to a different location permanently. Probably time to leave CVS and either do mail or another drug store.

Can never get ahold to speak with someone in the pharmacy through the “self service robot” prompts when you call up there. The robot will never transfer you to speak to someone in the pharmacy even though it can’t answer all of your questions.

I don't use the pharmacy here so I can't comment on that 🤷🏻♂️but the store is always clean and they added self checkout 💵 machines which speeds things up ⏱️ all the staff here are helpful and you find some great deals sometimes no complaints 🙌

Excellent location with added perks, is unbeatable! 30%-40% off from CVS account, extra perks cash, plus if you have Wellsfargo, currently 20% off on top of that! This particular store needs to stock Lipton Iced Tea Lemon, and unsweetened in the cooler.

I received a phone call from pharmacy in response to a message I left asking a medication question. The pharmacist/ tech did not listen to what I said and she got a bit annoyed and had an attitude with me to tell me that my Dr. would have to order the med. Obviously. I just told told you I’m asking if it’s in stock so I can ask my Dr. To send the script to this CVS since my regular pharmacy is out of stock. I’m aware I don’t have prescription writing privileges. I don’t appreciate being talked down to about something I’ve already made clear, if you cared to actually listen. If you don’t like to be listened to, enjoy being basically called stupid and judged, and employees acting annoyed with you for being proactive with your medical care this is the pharmacy for you!
