I really love Queenie. She does a very good job. I don't like how loud the employees talk to each other. I've even observed fights. Not a relaxing place.

I have had very good quality manicures and pedicures done here. They tend to last a long time, although that does vary from one nail technician to another, as their styles and techniques do differ, as do their speeds and how they work, in addition to personalities and communication. Some days staff has been extremely friendly and engaged, and on one or two instances the staff was deeply engaged in a (foreign language, but intonation and body language speak volumes; plus some people do pick up a few words here and there) gossip session that may or may not have involved present company. Rather disrespectful. It was reflected in the tip. It did not happen the next time. I go in for a service and they still do a fine job. I wish they were open until 8pm or on Sundays or Mondays. Clean place and excellent color selection. Queenie is still my overall choice! 🥰🤴

The level of unprofessionalism here is unbelievable. They don’t even try to hide the fact that they are talking about you right in front of your face. I understand my nails are short but the way they talk, laugh, and over exaggerate it is insane. I wouldn’t recommend going here at all. I’ve given them plenty of chances and their attitudes are just the same. This is crazy because they need us in order to keep their business going. Take your business where it’s appreciated.

Don't bother going there w/o an appt. Saturday 230 no customers waiting I was the only 1, 1 tech went to eat in the back, Josyln finished her customer and put her earbuds in and was watching a movie,, Don finished his customer and thought 315 was a good time to clip his nails, 3 techs available and they let me sit there for over 50 minutes waiting. I will never go back to a business that doesn't value a long time customer.
The rudeness was inexcusable.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Dearborn Nail Salon. Not only were the staff incredibly rude and disrespectful, but the place was infested with cockroaches, making my visit incredibly uncomfortable and unsanitary. To top it off, I ended up with a nasty skin infection after getting my nails done there. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

I can’t even explain how rude Dina was to me when I walked into the store. I will never in my life come to this nail salon again, you guys lost a customer and I’m going to make sure everyone knows about my experience. Very unacceptable and unaccommodating place. Went to Lilly nails right after and had a wonderful experience :)

I was a loyal customer here and I will never step foot in this establishment ever again. The nail tech decided to pick a fight with a 1 and a half year old for holding the nail swatches that no one was using and caused an unnecessary tantrum and then decided she didn’t have time to complete the manicure. She was so callous and lacked basic human compassion. I literally will never come here again, shame on all the staff in the store that just watched. Sun nails is where it’s at ladies!!!

I am definitely going to call tomorrow for the manager as well.
The first thing they do is take the name and phone number, so if anything they can call the customer. We took the appointment for 2 a week before, and when we arrived on our appointment the employer went out from the store and said sorry I can't take you I have an emergency and all other employees left and she did not have my number which is a lie...I drove all the way from Farmington hills to attend the appointment where she cancelled on the door I didn't even enter the store

When they remember to put my name on their schedule, the service is just okay. However I’ve been inconvenienced several times by them due to them answering my phone call, asking when and what time I want to make the appointment and showing up just to find out that my name isn’t in their book whatsoever. Not mention nobody is even available to take me as a walk up. There needs to be a better way to schedule appointments because I will not continue to be inconvenienced anymore. Also to add insult to injury I live in Romulus so and their shop is out the way for me. They’ve just lost a loyal customer of 4 years.
