Bad costumer service. I stopped by to check why 2 of my 4 new tires wich I purched few months ago are losing air, the guy took the key, looked at the tires, and told me will check on soon. Hour and fifteen minutes passed by, but my car still in the parking lot, and 3 more customers check in after me and left. So I approached the desk and asked on of the guys what is going on, he told me "priority for appointments", I said why you guys did not inform me when I came in, or at least why did not till me the approximate waiting? But he just kept telling me priority for appointments. I asked him if I can talk to the manager, he said that he is on lunch, so I left without service. That is really bad

Today I have decided to balance 4 tires on my 2010 Jaguar,keep this in mind,this a garage kept and dealer maintained since new with 97000 miles, when trying to remove my wheels they broke a lug nut, and they said they couldn’t do anything about it because however installed my wheels allegedly before didn’t do it correctly, I figured been a tire and wheel shop the should have the tools to fix it, but they didn’t.

Nice staff, but very misleading. Called when I was literally 2 miles away and was told 35-45 min wait. Got there and they told me over 2 hours. Please DON'T give low time estimates just to get someone in the door! VERY DECEPTIVE. They tried to tell me that the crowd came into the 2 minutes that it took between the phone calls and the time I got here.

I came in as a wlk in, there was a couple of vehicles ahead of me, ok but then there were several female walk ins that got put in front of me, no matter what this is poor customer service, I ended up waiting for over 1.5 hrs to get four tires, that I brought in remounted

Out of 4 guys that work there none of them knew what they were doing or talkin about. You got to get the story straight before you tell it. Now my car is worse off than before I took it in there for balancing. Dont see why its so hard ..smh.
One says one thing. Another says dif, then the 3rd does something else, and then the 4th changes it. Smh..
And its all Chit now !!
Il never go there again.

The inconsistency at discount tires, it all depends on which one you go to. Was lied about how the insurance how it works on the tires. Did not help when I needed it. I understand is all about which salesman you get. I just happen to have one that was not good. But I was on time Restriction. Will be Prepare next time, Guarantee

I had a leaky valve stem on one of my wheels. I don't how they did it but they fixed it. It was no charge. I'm very happy. I plan to buy winter tires on one of my vehicles this fall. That's where I'm going to buy them
