The people that work there are very nice however they no longer do cash app Loads I wonder why he said sarcastically to be honest with you when a city like Dearborn is ran by trash that don't pay taxes yet somehow is in charge of tax money this is how the place ends up. The entire city looks like a dump and run down and at the risk of sounding racist which I'm not just because I state facts the only thing these people care about is themselves so instead of spending everyone's tax money on the roads or buildings they spend it on their Community only because somehow somebody was dumb enough to make them in charge of money they have never contributed towards.

Maybe they need more employees to unload the cases of canned goods,etc. Otherwise, they are polite.

Store has high foot traffic in a good area but always neglected . Litter all over the parking lot . Curbside totally abandoned.

I bought hazelnut coffee cream
It was out dated ,so I reported it to corporate and they did absolutely nothing, this place is awful and dirty

The worst customer service.
Store had only one cash register open, and the guy was texting on his phone while serving customers.
When it was my turn, I thought I he’d enough items to get the $5 off, it was actually $25.47 but that was with tax.
So I told him I should get $5 off, he said I don’t know, please pay $25.47.
Then I noticed it was with tax, so I had to grab something else to make it over $25.
During this whole time, he was on his phone so I finished my transaction and asked him, do you get paid to be on your phone ?
He said no I get paid because I’m the manager, then I said that’s even worse.
That’s exactly what happened and I’m willing to answer any questions you might have.
This was today June 8, 2024 between 7:00 and 7:30 pm est.

It seems as if they make their own rules. DG set it up for customers to use the restroom, obviously by the sign on the door directing us to go ask for the key. But I guess the "manager" makes up the rules as he goes. Had my 2 little girls with me who really had to use it after we got done shopping.. sad

Nasty, trashed and dirty. Unwelcoming employees. When I tried to use the restroom, there was a sign that said please see associate for key. Needed to go so I kindly asked, go figure the checkout lady was rude and refused, said its not for customers to use. WHY HAVE A SIGN UP IN THE FIRST BLESSED PLACE

I was trying to buy a six-pack this young girl Told me that she wouldn't Sell it to me. Im 47 years old. My id was at home.. How stupid can you be to not know a guy with grey hair is old enough?? They refused my sale.. I had my motor cycle license but not good enough... Will not spend my hard earned money there ever again!
