I arrived at 9am with a flashing engine light. They charged me $145 to run a diagnostic. It was after 1pm when they told me it was a coil pack. They charged me $118.73 for 1 coil pack which normally cost 65-75$. Then they charged me $217 labor for the 1 coil pack. Then 1.75% for using my credit card. They got me for$375.73 to replace 1 coil pack. I will never go there again. I was at work and had no choice because I'm a driver. But this took 7 hours. I've changed many coils and this was a blatant rip off. Never again

I arrived at the service department at 8:40am before I handed the receptionist my keys I asked her how long the wait was she asked one of the technicians and they told her 1 hour and 30 mins. At 10:10am I walked to the receptionist and told her to give me my keys I seen my car was still sitting and had not moved her response was she was unsure why another technician started scrambling looking for my keys he receptionist had the nerve to say it was her fault she didn't tell them I was waiting but yet they had my car prep for an oil change never will I come back RIDICULOUS y'all wasted a whole hour and 30 mins of my time when I could have went elsewhere and received better service

We just leased a car from Mission Ford and Abdo was our sales man. He was incredibly responsive, honest and efficient. He was really trying to get us the best deal, even offering more affordable cars when we're leaning towards something a little less cost efficient. He helped us spontaneously on a Friday when we walked in with no appointment... we saw the car we wanted in the show room and he helped us get stuff ready through the weekend to purchase on Monday. He was available throughout the weekend to answer all our questions. The finance guy who's name I didn't catch, was also really helpful and honest. Car salesmen have a bad reputation for being dishonest, this place felt furthest from that and were definitely returning. This is my first time leasing a Ford and we will be back!

They have the worst customer service I have experienced by far. I took my car in to get it fixed which they knew nothing about and they overcharged me and I got it back in worse condition. I don’t recommend anyone to go to them.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Worst experience I have ever had with this place. I took my car in expecting to get it back fixed but I got it back even worse and they overcharge for everything and can't get the job done. I purchased a Ford EcoSport 2.0 4wd from this dealership. The car is a very high quality option for someone looking for basic, reliable or s ed secondary transportation. This vehicle has been nothing more than impressive. The interior fit and finish is surprising, and performance, while not breathtaking, is more than adequate. Additionally, this car ralleys in the inclement weather. Nothing can stop it, 8" of snow, and it performed flawlessly. Is it small, yes... however if you like this car for what it is, you will love it. If your expecting it to be more than it is, you will be sad. That said, it's cheap, its high quality, its reliable, and it's a wise choice.

I will never take my vehicle in for service at Fairlane Ford ever again! On March 5, 2019 I stopped in and paid for The Works oil change, they should change the name to try to "work you over" oil change. Not only did they not perform all the services I paid for, specifically tire rotation, they advised me I needed rear brakes AND rotors and provided me with a ridiculous price, I graciously paid my $51.20 and left. On March 8th, I took my vehicle to another Ford dealership and paid to have them rotate my tires and inspect my brakes and rotors, they were fine and did NOT need to be replaced but my tires were rotated, I know this because I have one rim that is scratched and that how I know Fairlane DID NOT rotate my tires. I then placed 3 calls to the Service Manager, after no return calls I left a message for the General Manager and finally got a call back from the Service Manager and he assured me he was going to try to make it right by offering me a "free" oil change, well I politely declined because they are never touching a vehicle I own ever again, I just asked for my $12.95 back and he agreed. Well here we are almost 8 months later and I still haven't received my $12.95, guess what my brakes are just fine, I paid for the works package at a different dealer and they inspect within the normal range. Now I'm confident the Service area has cameras and it was easy for the Manager to see that my tires were not rotated. I'm very disappointed! I wish there was a specific department I could report these scammer to, they need to be investigated at the State level and/or with FMC, this is NOT the way you should conduct business!!

TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP AND SERVICE! I took my Truck in for service. The next day it won't start. I finally get ot running and take it back to service and they didn't tighten something down so the starter worked intermittently. A week later I cannot engage the 4X4. They told me they have a 3 week delay for them to look at it. I made an appointment for 4 weeks out. I brought it back in. They called my husband and said they cannot look at it for at least a week. At that point we no longer trusted them with the vehicle so they were told to have it ready for us to pick it up. Unfortunately we were booked for the airbag recall with them. When I got out to my car they didn't even close the hood. I took pictures of that incompetency.
