Took my car in to do a simple recall. They held my car for 2 days and did absolutely nothing on the car. Had to call back 2 days later to even get an update to which they told me they haven’t even looked at it yet. The Service department never answers phones and you are lucky if they even call you back after you leave a message. The service representative Khalil had a terrible attitude and was extremely rude. I will NEVER do business with this Ford ever again. Very disappointed.

I had to have extensive work done on my vehicle which I was not happy about. However, Michael in the Service Department took exceptional care of me during this time. He was kind, helpful and informative throughout the entire process. Raquel was also instrumental in keeping me comfortable with loaner vehicles while my vehicle was being repaired. She was also very helpful and kind. This team at Mission Ford deserves recognition as Great Customer Service is rare these days.

Hear he hear he, come down to Mission Ford! I was fortunate to be helped by two amazing consultants; Ms Mary and Chrissy. They helped me get into a vehicle that I didn’t even think I could get. I work a lot and travel a distance to work which I expressed. They were able to get me into a 2020 with 30000 miles with a decent payment based upon my credit score. They spoke to me like I was a human being. They were patient with me and even helped me find an inexpensive insurance policy. I could go on but I would like to say it was a great experience so again come on down and see Ms. Mary and Chrissy. Don’t play about it be about it.

Subject: Urgent Resolution Needed for Ongoing Service Issues at Mission Ford, DearbornI am compelled to express my extreme frustration with the consistently unsatisfactory service I have received at Mission Ford on Michigan Avenue. My attempt to address a TMC module issue has become a prolonged and aggravating ordeal, prompting me to submit this formal complaint in the hope of an immediate resolution.Despite my detailed documentation and clear communication regarding the TMC module problem, the service performed did not align with my explicit instructions. Instead of addressing the transmission module failure, they inexplicably focused on a door lock recall, which was never a concern of mine. This oversight resulted in a hazardous situation, as my car experienced the same transmission module error immediately after the incomplete service.Subsequent attempts to rectify the situation revealed a lack of attention to detail and mismanagement of the service process. The delay in addressing the TMC module issue, combined with unexpected charges totaling over $4,600, has left me deeply dissatisfied. Moreover, discovering additional issues post-service, including oil leaks and sluggish acceleration, raises serious concerns about the quality of the work performed.In addition to the previously mentioned concerns, Now that the weather is changing I have observed the presence of oil spots in my driveway following the vehicle's return from work. Furthermore, an unusual odor, reminiscent of grease or oil, becomes perceptible during driving when the heating system is engaged. This odor, while temporary, is disconcerting. Additionally, the vehicle exhibits intermittent jerking, further indicating unresolved issues.Despite assurances of a swift resolution, the prolonged delays, miscommunications, and the discovery of new issues after each service visit have eroded my confidence in Mission Ford's ability to provide competent and reliable service. At this point, I insist on immediate intervention from a manager to assess and rectify the recurring problems with my vehicle. I urgently request a comprehensive review of the services provided, a thorough examination of the current issues, and a clear plan for addressing these concerns without further delays.Your prompt attention to this matter is imperative, as my recent experience on the freeway indicates that the transmission problem persists, posing a significant safety risk. I expect a manager from Mission Ford to contact me at the earliest convenience to discuss and resolve these ongoing issues. Your immediate action is crucial to restoring my trust in Mission Ford's service capabilities.(Photos and documentation can be provided.)11-24-24 Update: Since it has been cold I not only have oil stains in my driveway and when I park my check engine light is now on as well...which leads me to believe the work that I paid for was not completed.Still no update from the company as of 12/19/23, I'm going to call tomorrow since they may not be checking their reviews.Took my car to Midas to have them hike it up so that I could view the underside of the vehicle. Mission Ford never sealed the crankshaft after the major repair I had completed and as a result oul is leaking from an area it should not be (see photos).

I can't begin to describe the impeccable, outstanding service I received at Mission Ford Service dept!....I am super satisfied! I have the best salesperson ever! Mr. Romero, you are awesome ? Thank you so much for taking good care of my vehicle needs! Forever grateful ?!

Not satisfied with Mission Ford. While in the diagnosis process, I started to feel like this is the type of establishment that gives other dealers' services departments a bad name. They wasted my time and money on information I already had and advised them of. When I inquired about more indepth test, they ran on the vehicle, they didn't even perform it and said it would take them two hours to perform. I asked for a copy of a TSB as well as the codes the vehicle recorded, and they stated they are unable to provide the information. I did not see the value of having my vehicle repaired there and did not.

UPDATE:Lease is up and we’re working again with Abdo to find our next set of vehicles. He’s really the best sales person we’ve encountered across many, many dealerships. He isn’t looking to make a quick sale, but to establish a relationship with his clientele by providing the best prices with no pressure to purchase.We just leased a car from Mission Ford and Abdo was our sales man. He was incredibly responsive, honest and efficient. He was really trying to get us the best deal, even offering more affordable cars when we’re leaning towards something a little less cost efficient. He helped us spontaneously on a Friday when we walked in with no appointment… we saw the car we wanted in the show room and he helped us get stuff ready through the weekend to purchase on Monday. He was available throughout the weekend to answer all our questions. The finance guy whose name I didn’t catch, was also really helpful and honest. Car salesmen have a bad reputation for being dishonest, this place felt furthest from that and were definitely returning. This is my first time leasing a Ford and we will be back.

THIS PLACE DON'T DESERVE ANY STARS. THEY DON'T COMMUNICATE WELL. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH AND I WON'T EVER COME HERE AGAIN. THEY LET ME GET MY VEHICLE TOWED THERE AFTER I SPKE TO SOMEONE WHOM NEVER TOLD ME THAT WERE 3 WEEJS BEHIND ON Diagnostic so I had to wait in my vehicle for another tow truck to come and get my vehicle to take to another dealership. Stop shopping around and allowing these other car dealerships to run your credit causing all these bad inquiries and giving you false hope and dropping your credit score. THE MOST DOWN TO EARTH SALESPERSON I EVER MEET LOCATED @ MISSION FORD OF DEARBORN, Fatima will put you in a vehicle quicker than you think.I drove off in my dream truck with best deal ever and made sure they looked out in just minutes of entering the lot.They got me everything I wanted in a commercial truck .I'm very happy to have spent my money here. When I stopped in it was good vibes from start to finish and I wasn't pressured didn't feel pushed by the salesman or any of the team. I'll be back for more business soon. Again out of all the dealerships I've entered this was the only one that made me feel like I was family and she went above and beyond to make me happy…Go where your money is respected and not just wanted.
