She charged me 15 dollars for one plate and it’s usually goes for 10 dollars but she charges me more and she says that it’s cus of gas prices like what does that have to do with shipping like FedEx fix you customers and her name is Dionne and she has a attitude

extremely rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. the guy told me he couldn’t accept my package because the bag. i asked him kindly to tape it bc it was opened, he refused and said he can’t send off my “raggedy” bag considering it wasn’t fully opened. no other shipping store has had this issue whatsoever. I will not be returning.

Oh, what a delightful circus this was! Talk about professionalism reaching new heights—like, the kind you only see in a comedy sketch! I mean, who knew such unprofessionalism was even possible?
So there I was, patiently waiting at the clerk window, and he greets me with a smile before pulling a magic trick and vanishing into thin air. I stood there for a solid 20 minutes, just me and my thoughts, while he apparently took a little detour to the restroom. When I finally tracked him down at another station, he casually informs me that he’s off to lunch. Seriously? What a plot twist! 🤦

Absolutely horrible establishment with lack of interest in helping customers and a staff that wants to make your life harder and try to prove their jobs are actually important in this world. We tried shipping something in a reused Target box but because it had a certain sticker on it identifying the insides (which was a few bottles of shampoo originally), they wouldn’t let us ship it without buying a new box. We asked “can’t we just take the sticker off, you can look at the items inside, they’re just clothes.” And they refused. Useless staff on a power high. Will never use FedEx after this situation as they claim its company policy. I’ll pay the extra $2 for UPS next time, who are wonderful.

I love fedex, 💓 I go in regular and seems be always confused, and CJ is customer service and he takes his job seriously. I always ask for his help and he always has a nice attitude and always very knowledgeable. Thank you 😊 🙏 to all fedex workers.

This FedEx print shop is the best around. They are prompt, reliable, friendly, and always deliver excellent customer service and work. Kiema is fantastic to work with, she always goes above and beyond, ensuring the printing is top notch, and the store staff are helpful and personable! Thank you so much to this location for all your hard work!

I like this store because it’s up the road from my work, where we tend to have a lot of FedEx packages. But this particular day, there were new workers, well hello, if you see a customer struggling to open the door and you are NOT doing anything but leaning on the counter, why don’t you GO and open the door and offer a hand????

If only there’s 0 star. They don’t deserved any good reviews. Slow plus they don’t know what they’re doing too! No one bother to help.. such a waste of time and money! just go to other location or better go to other printing center..

February 27th 2025- I've never used the FedEx printing service. Went in today at 6:00 hardly any customers and the two customer reps that I did see either didn't want to help me or didn't know how to help me. I've never used their products before. I asked how to pay if you're using cash one young man did walk me to the machine and help me pay for a car to download money on to then he walked away. I'm at the copier and it tells you to insert the card but there's no slot so then I asked a young lady could you give me some help and she tells me to slide the car on the side of the credit card reader I did. Then the printer asked for a retrieval code. I had no clue what that is. I asked the young manhow do I get one. he does not know! So I have to go to Google and actually Google it and find out how to retrieve a retrieval code to print my documents. If you work at FedEx it would seem to me you would know all the ins and outs of copying and printing documents you're in there every day. It took me 45 minutes to print two sheets of paper. DO BETTER !

Colbi was great, unfortunately his co worker couldn’t mind his business and really killed the great experience I was having. From the slight throwing of the measuring tape on the counter to me - to his two sense that weren’t needed. When you get paid until 7pm and the hours of operation are until 7 you should be working until 7pm & not telling a customer you close in 20 minutes which would’ve been 6:40..
