I recently used the ATM at this location and it malfunctioned and would not release my card. I went in the bank the following day and was told the machine resets itself and my card was released to a random stranger. In the process of ordering a new card my interactions with the manager Kiesha was very disappointing. Not only did she lie to my face she was rude and unprofessional toward me. It definitely wasn’t the experience I expected from a manager of a bank

The most unprofessional Banker I had ever seen in my life.So I walked in to open my checking account and there was no buddy ahead of me, after The banker welcomed me to his office he started with my info and then suddenly he was saying that we don't have enough time to finish the process today, and the reason was that we need 45-60 minutes to open this "Magic Checking account"!!and he is leaving in 15 minutes so if I want to come back tomorrow that will be good!!!!as a Sales person I know what helping my community mean so I said that I can't trust this bank to do a partner relationship with because of their disrespectful and careless behaviors.

Great bank I’ve been dealing with for years. Always a positive experience. Hamid the manager has put together a great staff and who are always so helpful and accommodating. He leads his team by example and it definitely shows how passionate he is about his work.

I've had some bad expereinces with this bank, first they put the wrong account and routing number on a voided check, then I call multiple times and no one answers. After the 6th called someone finally answered but, I've been on hold now for over 20mins. I called back again and now no one is answering my call, but you can out me on hold for over 20mins!!!! I will be closing my account. Poor customer service
