Will never go to this JD again
I asked for a pair of shoes in a size 7
Waited 15 minutes for someone to bring the shoes so I can try them on, I finally go to the counter to ask about the shoe, someone brought the shoe to the counter but in a size 6….
Woman at the counter asked another girl to bring out the right size, she NEVER did
Instead she’s helping other people while I’m still waiting, walking in and out of the back while I’m still standing there waiting, Now I’ve been waiting at least 30 minutes…
I have never seen such poor customer service
THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went in to grab a few pairs of new school shoes for my kids, and honestly WORST experience iv ever had in any shoe store by far. The manager was very rude. Couldn’t get help when I asked for. Later on to find out the person giving attitude was the manager. Don’t shop here

Worst experience of my life, ordered shoes in store because they didn’t have the size on hand, paid cash and was told I would receive them in a few days. 2 weeks went by got an email saying my order got cancelled because they were out of stock. I called the store to get my refund, they said I would have to call corporate, I did that they told me to go to the store to with the receipt and they would process a refund. I went to the store but the manager on duty who they made me wait an hour for refused to give me a refund and had the worst customer service. Now 4 weeks in, I still don’t have my refund or the shoes.

Went to exchange one day old shoes with a receipt and employees stated I wore shoes and was unavailable to exchange. Employees were polite, but I’ve never bought shoes and not been able to exchange. I’m a customer but sorry after this encounter will find different store. Sorry JD! I have a 13 year boy also who loves all the clothing but I guess I can find him a new store.

The employees are so rude. We brought a backpack online and it came with a security tag that they don't have in the store. The staff didn't want to let us exchange it. We have to wait for almost an hour because the line was so long. They had a line with nearly 30 customers and only one cashier.

I went to the store looking for shorts and when I got there I saw a rack with a big sign saying $35 dollars I picked one short from there and went and tried it. After I tried it I went to wait in line. After waiting in line for almost HALF AN HOUR I finally got to the cash register. The lady in the cash register told me it’s $50 dollars. I was like “but on the rack it says it’s $35 dollars”. She called someone to check and after checking he came back and said that the $35 dollars is only for the first item on that rack, and everything else behind it is $50 dollars. That doesn’t make any sense how can you place a tag on the WHOLE RACK and say it’s only for the FIRST ITEM and everything else behind it doesn’t qualify for that price. The reason I didn’t get the first time on that rack is because it’s blue and the one I wanted is black. Well that was very MISLEADING, I have never in my life went to a store where the price in the rack is the price of only the first item. The tag on the rack doesn’t say it’s only for the first item. I really don’t care that the price is $50 the thing that pissed me off is that my time was wasted.

Most unethical and unprofessional workers are working at the store especially the lady that lifts the call, this lady do not know how to speak with customers at all. Treating customers like some road side jerks which she is. I wish to give 0 star for this store because of the workers. Highly disappointed. I do not recommend this store at all. Please don’t waste your time going here

This is the most unprofessional establishment in Fairlane Mall and they deserve to be closed down permanently for the way they treat employees who work for them and customers upon entering the store. Their attitudes are like they hate their jobs but they keep hiring people in to treat them like peasants.
