This bank is terrible! I moved all my parents accounts to make things simpler for them as this bank is easy for them to get to. I will be moving everything to the Comerica now. They are slow, not helpful at all and rude. I gave them several chances as I know everyone has rough days, but they are consistently bad.

Bad customer service across the state they cheat you out of your money. They don’t tell you the truth about an account and then they turn around and they charge you fees. Claiming to be for inactivity in spite of I have asked them many times and visited multiple branches they still don’t tell you the truth and the minute you leave or months later they turn around and charge you. When you call them, all they say is : we are sorry we can not do anything about it. I have tried to speak to the number you have provided customer service and also walked in to 2 or 3 branches non of them were willing to assist. So I am not sure what else your 1888 customer service would do.

Just this location and only this location have the worst workers with attitudes and I did not see at any other Flagstar Bank! The one black girl had such a bad attitude to my regret I swore at her and walked out and did not do any business transaction went to another Flagstar Bank and the girl there was awesome kind witty and funny this place on Greenfield look in there I says what the hell do you want if anybody in management is reading this I suggest you bring in spies and check it out for yourself

Needed to make a withdrawal and was told to go through the drive thru. Waited for over 20 minutes. Only 1 car in each bay! This should be faster if they are having ppl go through the drive thru. Terrible.

I stopped by the ATM, and since it only spit out 20s, I went inside to exchange for other bills. They said no, because I don't have an account with them. I just gave them money by using their ATM and they won't simply exchange a few bills? The guy at the desk was very rude, calling me "buddy" multiple times, and when I said "I am a customer, I used your ATM" he goes "well you could have gone to any ATM", well next time I will go to a different one, buddy. Should have just gone to chase. Hopefully flaggstarr gets bought out by a real bank soon so I won't have this problem.
