The manager of 16 years couldn’t explain a simple return question. But was able to get loud and dismiss the question by raising her voice. There was NO QUALITY in her (Lashaun) customer service. She further commented she probably just needs to stop managing cause she doesn’t want to deal with customers. Pull your records and watch the camera recording. Saturday August 3, 2pm.

Wow that is the biggest store I have ever been at. I am too old for most of that stuff. Look for my daughter but nicely priced and clean. assoicates need to say hello.

Today I went to return a dress I recently purchased. Nothing was wrong with the item, it just didn’t work for the event I was attending. When I went to check out I was only offered a partial refund because it was purchased with a credit from another transaction. There was a miscommunication of wrong information given to me. Manager Shi was called over and explained everything accurately. She was professional and kind. Before she was called I had spent about 20 mins at the counter and she was able to handle the situation in less than 5. She deserves recognition for turning a negative experience, positive. You have the right person in management!

Ghetto! 2 young girls behind the counter but only one was on the register. Another lady was logged into the other register but THEY WERE RINGING HER UP! They had a problem with the employees transaction and the store manager came down. That’s when the employee that was being rung up finally went back behind the counter and all 3 (store manager, young girl and young girl initially being rung up) employees were now behind the counter ringing us up. Proper training needs to be done and the employees should know to purchase items on down time or when off of work. Never returning to this location again. Rather shop online for my child

Upset that they have a system outage and returns can't be honored. Now, I'm stuck with something that I have no desire to keep.Spoke with a manager or sales rep at 12 Oaks mall and she was extremely rude and stand-offish.She told me "it's global, it can't be fixed" then she walked away.Now, I understand she may have been repeating herself with answering questions, but don't get upset. Make a global announcement recording like they do at venues and keep it on repeat.This was the first time in a long time that I had been to Forever 21 and probably the last time.I even called Fairlane mall several times to she if the outage was fixed and they didn't answer their phones.I just want to know if my return will be honored after this global inconvenience is fixed.

This is the better of the two near me. The other being at Southland mall. The lines aren't really long but there's a short wait based on what time you go. The shopping experiences are normal here. Going in with a shopping budget helps. Or else you'll come out with lots of things you don't need. Overall, nice store to pop in for a few items.

Customer representative was GREAT!!! The store was busy due to back to school shopping. The customer representatives did not waist any time getting the customers in and out. PLEASE, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

Been here a couple times… Enough to say the customer service is knowledgeable, not snooty, real laid back professional yet fun environment for a lady doing some shopping. Awesome sale selection & well kept up location!Also made my online return an easy process.5/5

Huge, crowded store. Somewhat difficult to find what you're looking for if you're in a hurry. I selected milk cleansing wipes as a surprise gift for my friend, and they were a great quality for the price. It's good for unexpected gifts in the checkout aisles.
