I been coming to this location for the past 10 years. I have never had any major issues with haircuts. But the last 2 of 3 haircuts were completely botched jobs. I understand that a bald fade can be challenging but the they went way to high on one side and I as m embarrassed to go in public. Then they want to offer me $3 off the price? Nah I’m good. The audacity to even try to charge me anything was ridiculous. I’m done going to this location.

Okay, so I have to say something about Great Clips. They are a company that sometimes takes pride in the employees they hire.
I have had several amazing haircuts by their hired hairstylists and a few bad ones. The bad ones I received were taken care of by other stylists.
This company likes money, but they truly do want you to leave their establishment feeling great about how you look. The easiest thing I can tell you to do is to find a stylist that cuts your hair perfectly and try and go on the days when that specific stylist is working.
I highly recommend Great Clips for decently priced haircuts that look great.

Horrible experience. I walked in with my wife and the two ladies working barely greeted us. There was nobody there besides us. I asked for a low drop fade and told my stylist my previous situation from another barber. She proceeded to say some snarky words about servicing me and she seemed pretty hateful about her day until my wife came around and spiced up the conversation. Then she kind of came alive. I have dreadlocks so I only needed the bottom trimmed off and I felt like she was going into my dreadlocks more than most of the barbers I've been to. She barely faded my hair. And when I asked her to clean up the front she didn't listen to what I said and used only scissors and still missed a lot of hairs. My wife wanted some hair cut off in the back of her head and we asked her to fade it. She did not and she rounded off the edges which looks really bad. I could've done a better job at home. And I even told her when I got home I would be doing my own clean up in the front after I left their facility. Not worth the money at all. She also cut off one of my side burns.

As a first-time client, I stopped in en route to an appointment to ask if they cut hair to donate (they do!) and Romena (hope that's correct) offered to measure my hair. After my appointment, I returned and Jeri was my stylist. She listened to my preferred cut, was friendly yet allowed me to enjoy the experience. She was very gentle, thorough and gave a wonderful head massage during my shampoo. Although I seldom have my hair cut (second time donating it), I do hope this location and stylists are still around when I return again.Services: Hairstyling
