It's unfortunate the staff person at HF Main Pharmacy didn't so the same. Henry Ford is one system and the service should reflect ot system wide. I appreciate you both!

Always had worst time here. There estimates are incorrect. They keep saying 10 more mins until you realized it actually hour over. They seems don’t value your time.

I always have such a great experience at this Henry Ford Pharmacy thanks to Janee. She is so sweet, kind, and patient every time I come in. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. When my insurance stopped covering my vitamin D, she took the time to look into it further. I told her it was fine and not to worry about it since it was only a difference of about $8, but she was insistent on figuring out the issue and even worked with the pharmacist to match the price I had been paying before. That kind of dedication and compassion is rare, and it makes such a difference. Janee deserves to be recognized for her outstanding work ethic and kindness!
On top of that, my family and I never wait more than a few minutes to pick up medications, and they always have great specials on over-the-counter products. Highly recommend!

When will Henry Ford look into this pharmacy (the Auto Drive location) and make some immediate changes????
During a visit in June 2024, a pharmacist who i have not seen before and 2 other staff members gave wrong info and refused to look up / update my insurance info while they continued to socialize. This is so unprofessional and unethical!
Henry Ford - take a look at the reviews left for this pharmacy and address immediately before your staff ends up hurting someone with their negligence!!

The guy at the drop off window rolled his eyes at me. He seems to be angry at the world. He takes it out on the patients. If you can't have a caring attitude don't work with sick people.They need to fix the glass door I've seen to many people stumble trying to get in or out of the pharmacy1 star is a generous

I must say everytime I have to go to this pharmacy to pick up medication for my mother, Dearborn at Auto drive. I'm always told that her medication has not been filled when I've just called their prior maybe not even a couple of hours, they look for a second and then they say is not there and then when they really look it's there. If it wasn't for the need of me picking up medication for my mother I would not go to this location.

I hope Henry Ford system is looking at these reviews.Please, please, please review and address the lack of compassion, the lack of professionalism, and dishonesty at this pharmacy at ALL levels!! It is a disgrace to have to witness this from a facility associated with a Trusted name.Please do something!!!

Wouldn’t go here if they had my last script in town. Very nasty rude staff. Pharmacist named Mallory has a really nast attitude and walks around yelling things like BABYMAMA BABYDADDY. Looks unprofessional from head to toe, as if she just rolled out of bed and won’t stop smacking on gum when speaking . not sure why I would trust anyone who just woke up to fill my scripts. I wouldn’t recommend at all.
