The the two people I talked to in radiology to set up the appointment were both very unprofessional and very nasty and smart mouthed. Inspite of calling the following day after the male was the first attempt was meet with disrespectfully the female I spoke to the next day called herself bringing up the call that I disconnected with him. Say I didn't want to schedule the appointment. I said I ended the call because of how I was disrespectfully talked to. She continued scheduling with snide remarks. I have every right to simply hang up when I feel I'm being disrespectful. These people need far better training.
