Extremely Rude manager. Laughs in your face instead of resolving purchase manners. The guy seems like he hates his job. Been shopping there for years but I won’t be going back there ever again

If I could give this location, a negative stars I would . Horrible customer service, This location changed hours and didn’t update their Google account. Attempted to return some items that I purchased online and went to the store multiple times they were closed and one time the online returns system was down, Which nobody knows why they have an online return system if they’re not going to honor the price you paid online at the store. The lady with the strange piercing that goes across her nose from left to right is extremely rude. I think she’s a manager. I did call corporate and complain. Which they were very nice about and said that they were going to put in a report for the fairlane Mall location. Also, I gave them a bag with my stuff in it and when asking for my stuff back, I asked for a bag and they said it’s, $.10 for a new bag.

The ladies in the fitting room are unprofessional they wanted me to go clean the fitting room and it wasn’t my stuff.
