As mentioned by others this Home Depot has the worst and rudest staff of any Home Depot I’ve visited. Where is HR to retrain staff for better customer service? They seem very disgruntled about working here. Better to shut down this branch and find a new place to shop for tools.

Very rude staff that feel like you should praise them because they came to work today. This location is by my house, but yet I drive to a different location specifically so I don’t have to deal with the ignorant staff members. New management is desperately needed at this location.

“If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order that was supposed to arrive in 10 days but ended up waiting 50 days. When I contacted customer service, they kept lying about the status of my order and showed no respect for my concerns. They claimed to address the issue, but they never did.
The shipping company they use is also terrible—the delivery personnel are rude, the items often arrive damaged, and customer service keeps you on hold for over an hour. Most of the representatives seem poorly trained, and communication is difficult. Even when you request to speak with a manager, they play games and avoid resolving the issue. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company.”

They lost the pro account trust they didn't accept our return materials with out receipt I personally spent over 80 thousand of materials every year.

You ask the employees for help and the automatically say, "We don't have no more", or "I don't know" not all the employees. This store didn't have what I was looking. FYI: Call this place first and see if theybhave what you are looking for, because Google said that it was 2 in stock. Next time I will do the curbside

Anyone can make a mistake. It what you do after that makes the difference. I ordered a 10 gal can with locking lid. It was delivered without the lid and for the next 4 hours and SIX phone calls, including being promised that a manager would contact me a $28 can has cost me over $400 in time and progress that was SUPPOSED to be made. At what point do we as consumers say enough is enough! I'm done with this store. The incompetence is willful.

Been shopping here for years. If I have a bad experience a manager is almost always willing to make things right. Seems like they actually care about their customers here.

I go to pay at a line that is open with a sign that says it’s open and the worker lady starts yelling at me deciding that it’s closed. I’d rather spend my money some place else.

Absolutely terrible customer service, terrible attitudes from the employees. I,
Asked four different people to help me find a toilet seat. None of them helped whatsoever. They just kept pointing me towards the toilet seat aisle even after telling them that I could not find The one I was looking for that the internet said they had in stock. Not one person actually got off their fat ass to go and find it for me. Fire everyone here.

Kim in the in Garden department helped my dad find his lost iPhone while he was shopping today! She even let him use her cell phone to call us. Thank you soooo much Kim for being so kind and helpful.

Jada from plumping at 2757 Home Depot location was extremely helpful! She showed me everything I need & went above & beyond to help with my issue. Most Home Depot employees you go to are A holes but she was very helpful. 6 stars for her dedication!
