BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!! I ordered about 2 months ago and after several emails they finallly said they were going to refund my money. I decided to give them amother try a few months after and guess what? After 2 weeks NOTHING was delivered. All emails and phone calls went unanswered. I had to file a dispute with my bank. If you are reading this, DO NOT ORDER from them because there is a very strong possibility you will not receive your order.

Refunded my order because i asked for an order update several times with NO RESPONSE even after full 4 days. Got an email that my order was refunded with no explanation. Very unprofessional. I wanted to try their hair out but I’ll stick to Kendra’s boutique like i have for years. Waste of time and energy. Buyer beware.

Terrible customer service. No communication at all. Lied about my order already been sent out & instead of properly communicating just canceled my order with no apology or anything.

*Update: I’ve had this hair in for 2 weeks now and it tangles so bad! This is not the same quality I received in the past, it’s not a bad batch either because the hair my mom got a couple months ago does the same thing. I, my friends u0026 family have been buying hair with this company for the past 8 years u0026 over the past 3 years the service has literally diminished. This was definitely my last time purchasing with them. When I tell you the customer service used to be impeccable, it’s literally what kept me coming back. Now, unfortunately it’s a no for me. The least they could do is open on time u0026 answer the phone(which goes straight to voicemail). I almost missed my 12pm hair appointment across town, they didn’t open until 11:30 u0026 I was out there waiting at 11am. I’ll They don’t honor bundle deals in store (That’s crazy considering literally every place I’ve shopped at has done so) so I spent an extra $150 in store. I can tell that the quality and hair selling has taken a backseat to other things to the owner because of the constant downgrade in store locations, poor customer service, lack of sales, and not updating the website. All to say, there are now other companies offering quality hair, better customer service, in store convenience, and better pricing, GO THERE!

The site said I will get my package in 5-7 days and it’s been 3 weeks. I should have checked the reviews before ordering? my hair app is in a couple days. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Umma give them 5 stars! Because honestly I've been buying there hair for a second but they really went above and beyond for me! I order there hair during there sale period and it takes up to 7 to 10 days to process the orders with the volume of orders. I ended up getting a tracking under the 10 days but it was on pre-shipment and I inquired and I got a response in minutes. I was concerned because I'm literally week away from my hair appointment for Mexico. I hit them up again she told me she would over night it Monday and I would have the hair. Tuesday I had my hair! No questions! It's the customer service for me! I respect how she went above and beyond to make sure I had my hair! Five stars! Period!

I called and was able to set 26 and 24 inch wavy hair to the side. I told the young lady I usually order straight and we both agreed that with the inches set aside straighten it would be more body and they would be 30 inches. That was very honest! This hair is the best quality hair that I have ever had. Hands-down. I love the natural feel and I was able to color it my natural black and it still is not dry and does not shed. I also appreciate the customer service! I will be a returning customer

I don’t think the owner of this hair company care to get people orders out in a timely manner! And the COVID-19 excuse is getting pretty old in my opinion. A lot of other companies are still getting orders out so it should be no excuse why my order has not even been processed. They don’t even have the decency to respond to my emails!

This one star is only here so that I can post my review......I placed an order, that I will say I was excited to receive. After a month or so of not receiving a tracking number and numerous emails, instant messages as well as called I received not one response to...never received what I purchased. Its crazy to invest in hair and be ignored by the vendor. Please find another vendor to invest your hard earned coins in.
